Winehouse Saves Eoghan Quigg

AMY Winehouse watches the X Factor, the contest in which hopefuls see if they can pass a series of challenges and become popstars.

Challenges include:

Making a crack pipe from an empty can of Vitamilk

Photographer punching

Playing the coke spoons

Surviving on a family bag size of skittles for three whole weeks

Making no reference to Simon Cowell’s height

Amy just loves it. She specifically loves the 16-year-old named Eoghan Quigg.

The Mirror says she invited him “to join her for a wild night on the tiles”.

Eoghan can either win the X Factor and become a forgettable singer singing forgettable songs in lamentable clothes.

Or he can go out with Winehouse and become very famous very quickly, duet on a terrific song and reach for the stars.

Says a source:

“Amy wants to meet him whether he wins or loses. She’s a massive fan and thinks he’s cute. She told him he was doing well in the competition and to keep up all the good work. But she was also insistent that she wanted to meet up when he wasn’t rehearsing – and Eoghan was up for it.”

The choice is his: hang out with an older, interestingly haired, smoking, fame junky in bad clothes and have a boring anecdote for his middle years or go out with Winehouse..?
