We are then treated to the news that dead-model walking Carrie Prejean has body issues and had her chest enlargement paid for by the Miss USA pageant.

Now we’re treated to pictures of Carrie topless.

Or, rather, we’re not. The pictures are the kind of side-boob shot that appear on the cover of half the UK’s press every morning.
