Private Moments With Katie Price On ITV

IT was Michael Jackson’s last wish that the world should gaze kindly upon Katie Price, who we learn has not only lost pop acorn Peter Andre but also a baby.

As the Daily Star puts it:

HEARTBROKEN Kate Price lost a baby weeks before her split from Peter Andre. The glamour girl was almost 10 weeks pregnant when doctors told her the tragic news.

And so the world never did meet Duke Brunswick Pony-Trotter Eclat Touche Andre-Price. Now Katie tells all on a TV interview with Piers Morgan:

“Even though we were still bickering, we were happy because it’s a baby. Emotionally, for any woman to have a baby die, run the marathon and then your husband wants a divorce and then split up. That’s a lot for someone to take in.”

Those Jordans are a lot for someone to take in. Katie goes on:

“We had the scan and the doctor said he can’t see a heartbeat.So he done some bloods and three days later he called me up and said: ‘It could still be alive.’

“I knew I had to do the marathon in a week’s time, so my head was going because I thought: ‘I’ve got to do the marathon, I can’t let people down.’”

Least of all Jade Goody, whose name for reasons that no-one at the time knew caring Pete word daubed on his arm, evoking the spirit of the fallen Big Brother star on an orangey bicep poking from a nylon vest. It being what she would have wanted.

“So I went in on Monday and it was on the screen and he said: ‘No it has died, it’s gone.’ He said: ‘Well, we can terminate it tonight.’ So I had to be there, I had to be put to sleep and have it terminated.”

And then:

She said: “I’d half thought it would be all right and I thought: ‘I’ve lost another baby.’ I thought: ‘I can’t let anyone down.’ I just wanted to say to people: ‘Just leave me alone, I’ve just lost a baby, I’m bleeding, but I can’t say it because, you know, it’s private.’”

We won’t tell. In any case, the interview is on ITV. It’s our secret…
