Emap (three divisions: b2b mags and events, consumer mags and radio) was broken up earlier this year. The Germans (Bauer) bought the consumer mags (including Zoo) and radio business. GMG bought Emap’s business-to-business stuff - Construction News, Health Service Journal etc. Oops. Nursing Times is as racy as it gets for Emap these days.

Since when is Z00 published by GMG? It’s been owned since Bauer bought Emap’s magazine and radio divisions in January 2008.
