Now, fed up with all this shit and browned off at the local council's apparent inability to tackle the problem, an elderly lady has taken the matter into her own hands. Deciding on direct action, she armed herself with some emulsion paint and, in the dark of the night, drew a circle around a 'deposit' left in the road on Union Street and left her own message to local dog owners.
