This bit made me laugh:

"He said he is now trying to re-launch his career with the new show after shedding around 11 stone since 2010.

He said: “To be honest losing all the weight wasn’t good for a Meat Loaf tribute act anyway."

Surprisingly, there isn't any sympathy for him in the comments so far.

Meatloaf is a miserable bastard - he is well past his sell-by date and is obviously desperate to cash in while he still can. I believe he is mounting a last tour this year but I don't know how he is going to manage it, as from what I have seen he can't reach the notes any more, it's just blatant greed and an overfed ego.
I feel sorry for Mr Torkington - all he's got for giving the one-trick pony free publicity is bankruptcy....
