   ...and talking of vegetable dishes..it seems, according to Lord Stern, that a nut roast is not only nutritious , but could also help cut carbon emissions?

   Probably increase the methane emissions for a while too.

   I'm a veggie too Percy, but do eat fish because of a skin condition
