I'm brave so I'll start. I'm 43 physically but not in my head.

Charlie Chivers, you know better than to ask a lady her age! Further, as everyone knows, age is only a number! It is all about how you feel inside!
Here is a true story to show how even older men in their late 80's feel young and stay young. I worked for 15 years for an elderly man and would watch him walk in to the office every day with a smile and looking quite dapper into his now late 80's. His wife, the love of his life for 60 years, died two years ago and watching him in his deep grief I feared he would not make it without her. Stopped by to see him to wish him a happy 89th birthday the other month and asked him he was doing. He got a big smile on a his face and said "I'm happily living in sin with a wonderful woman."
Then I have the honour of being acquainted with a group of great older soldiers who have to be in their 80's. They have me on their mailing list of jokes they pass amongst themselves daily. Now, from the jokes I receive from them, not to mention some with pics, I'd venture to say they still feel in their late teens or mid-twenties.

Yampster's 302? Well, I have noticed a few times on here he has gotten rather cranky ...

Yampster, was only teasing in the comment I made about you being cranky.

4:00a.m. here and still waiting for Yampster to reveal his age.
I was born 5 years before a famous Englishman died, when he was living in the USA during last century. (I’m neither the oldest nor youngest contributor).
Cheryl, how about sharing some of those jokes and ancient pics to keep this young/old man happy.

Robertcarter, in the past I have put some of Charlie's jokes on here but that was when the Jokes topic was on often and I didn't have to search for it. Despite AGW's patient detailed instructions one time to me on how to find it, I couldn't and still can't find it. I never was good at following instructions, so my parents and teachers always said.
As for my age I'm exactly 20 years younger than my mother and don't bother asking me my mother's age, as every year it has become a standing joke with her to call me on her birthday to ask me how old she is.
