Global Warming: More Meetings And More Hot Air
GLOBAL warming is the issue. We need to talk about it. We need to cut down on C02 in the air.
Last week, the United Nations talked climate change.
Then came Bill Clinton’s Clinton Global Initiative.
Then President Bush met with senior government officials from the world’s 16 largest greenhouse gas emitters in Washington.
And: “More meetings are scheduled. In December, ministers are off to Bali, Indonesia, for further discussions to prepare for still another meeting in Denmark in 2009. There, the nations hope to agree to a successor to the Kyoto Protocol, due to expire in 2012.”
Pass the clown boots - the great, the good and the frequent flyers are talking about carbon footprints…
