Madeleine McCann’s Plates And Cups
REMEMBER that sighting of Madeleine McCann in Belgium?
The Express has a photograph of the waiter who served “Madeleine” and her two adult associates at the De Pauze restaurant.
He carries a tray on which is sat a book and a bottle of pink Fisti milkshake.
Katleen Sampermans is the “child therapist” who saw the trio “flee” the eatery in a black Volvo. The car’s number plate contained the letters VUV, she noted.
But police cannot find the black Volvo. Says Detective Eddy Houben: “They would have some forward if they were an innocent couple. They could not have missed the publicity. We are taking this very seriously indeed.”
“Fake plates clue to Belgian duo,” says the Sun. The assumption is that because the police can’t locate the vehicle, the car’s number plates must have been falsified.
Some speculation there. But maybe Katleen Sampermans, who saw “Madeleine” got it wrong or made it up? Or perhaps she is so keen to help she looked and she saw what she wanted to see.
DNA tests on the straw Madeleine is said to have drunk from “failed to rule out she was spotted there”. The tests revealed the person who had drunk from the straw was a man…

Hello, how do you get a user name?
I miss Stephanie from Germany.
On the serious side, I noticed a quote in an article and as a result curious what other people make of it?
Rachael Oldfield, who ate with the McCanns on the night Madeleine disappeared, said: “I think there are leaks coming from the police because a lot of what I have read has been untrue.”
Why is it that she thinks the police are the ones leaking untruths?

Reports are that the DNA found was that of a man - some news sources are treating this in itself is suspicious, to find a man’s DNA on the straw/drink of a little girl.
Surely the simplest explanation was the child spotted was a little boy. I am not aware of any kind of DNA analysis that can determine the age of the person giving the sample.

I thought of an explanation about the smell of death being found on the steps.
If someone planned on kidnapping a child knowing that the parents were not going to be there, would assume the child would be sleeping.
To think ahead — I think the kidnapper would have used that drug that they put on a rag then cover the child’s nose with it to knock her out. I forget the name of that drug. Otherwise, he would have to realize that the child would have put up a fight and scream! THAT’S WHAT I THINK HAPPENED!
Then after doing that, he had to be in a hurry — especially if it’s true that Gerry believes the kidnapper may have been behind the door. After Gerry left the room, I believe the kidnapper did the above.
Then he was so much in a hurry, he probably fell down a few steps with Madeline in his arms. Madeline’s head hit the stone or whatever if was that they said how they think she died on the steps.
NOW THE QUESTION is the friend of the McCann’s that saw a man carrying a small child with the same pajamas on. ASK THAT FRIEND IF SHE SAW THE CHILD in that man’s arms MOVING? WAS THE CHILD MOVING AT ALL? If not, she may have already been dead.
THE ABOVE WOULD EXPLAIN THE SMELL OF DEATH ON THE STEPS!
REMEMBER THE LINDBERGH BABY? THE BABY DIED AS THEY SCAMPERED DOWN THE LADDER…I really believe this is what happened, especially if the child wasn’t moving in that guy’s arms. ASK Gerry & Kate’s friend!
I HOPE THE POLICE READ THIS OR SOMEONE WITH THE AUTHORITY TO CHECK INTO THIS THEORY.
With all my heart, I truly hope though that Madeline is found alive.

Hmmm. Post 1 (June Johnson AKA lemon face)
Seems to have been a shift in thought and action in the Anorak sites. No more slander? No more libel? Next you’ll be telling us we can post supportive and non-judgemental comment about the McCanns and that the comments will not be removed. I thought this bigoted one-sided preach to the converted site full of sanctimonious perfect parents was a piss-take.
Now I’m sure. And June’s head jester.

I’m confused. I thought that the couple in the restaraunt with the little girl had come forward a long time ago.

Belgium girl ‘was not Madeleine’
“The sighting of a girl fitting the description of missing Madeleine McCann last month was a false alarm, Belgian police have said. A woman contacted police last month after spotting a girl she thought was Madeleine at a roadside cafe in the eastern Belgian town of Tongeren. The girl was identified as Sjanneke, the four-year-old daughter of a Belgian man from the town of Hoogstraten.”

It certainly gets more interesting as time goes by. Lots of diversions and hopes that she is still alive. Feeding the public what they want to hear and what the Mcanns want them to hear is being carried out tremendously well. This litle girl is dead, the police know it but without a body cannot prove it. The McCanns and their doctor friends I believe outsmarted the police and media by getting rid of the body as quickly as possible. It is amazing what powerful friends will do for each other. If this was a poor couple they would have been charged already if only for neglect and the two other children taken from them.
I pray to the god that the truth comes out and we can all lay this tragedy to rest.

To Jen S from a posting above: Good theory-but I think the person must be dead for two hours before the ‘death’ scent can even begin to leave behind clues for the dogs.
