Put it all together and I for one must (logic prevailing) put it all together and say the Portuguese police are on the right track. As far as the the UK press (must be ashamed of this) are definitely not.

Interesting (if you check the above link) that Portugal (regards Freedom of the press 2007) stands at ‘14′ while UK stands at 31. I wonder if the UK government’s support of the McCanns is affecting the ‘impartial’ way the the UK press reports the McCanns.

Speaking of videos….I used to think Gerry McCann was innocent, a bit of a twit but innocent nonetheless, that was until I saw that clip of him denying giving Madeleine sedatives wherein he scratched his ear, looked anywhere but at the interviewer and spluttered and waffled …..changed my mind in an instant !!

to get back to the dogs. I’ve been reading a bit about the case. The judge does not say why he didnt allow the evidence of the sniffer dogs. But one reason could be that’s its a 30 yr old case. Now either the sniffer dog evidence was 30 yrs old but i dont think that’s it. Or the dogs smelled a scent from 30 yrs ago. Also unlikely. So I dont think the judge and this case will be much help to the Mccans.
