No matter how this all ends up, they were criminally negligent but will they be prosecuted ?? ...oh dear me no, because they are influential professionals with huge amounts of financial backing not some impecunious Council House dweller - no insult intended to Council House dwellers, we are the ones who wouldn't have done that in the first place. 553 million_quid
