Assuming that none of the staff at MW are not suspects, surely they must be able to speak out in the same way as Miss Pennington has. I would like the reassurance that MMcC was in nursery - whilst GMc was nursing his heel etc.

This would help those people on here who feel that she went missing earlier than we are led to believe by the Clan and the media. And stop yards of chat on that particularly talked-about point.

Knowing Ms Pennington heard KMc say certain words immediately after the disappearance obviously provides us with a conundrum, but I think the nannies who worked with the children day after day should sell their stories.

So either Madeleine was abducted and may be somebody should have checked the twins [however we don’t know if they did or didn’t, do we?] OR she wasn’t abducted in which case there was no need to check the twins. We can’t have it both, is it?

Foreign language posts

Following Carmen’s morning spent translating foreign language posts for all to read, we are advising in future any foreign language posts will be deleted on sight. Its a distraction for the Mods and Admin as the board could be left unattended.
We are an English speaking site, and whilst appreciating any overseas visitors and their contributions we cannot undertake translations.

If you republish a libel from another media source, it counts as a separate libel. Anorak as well as you would be liable in damages for this.
If you post a link to a Spanish article, one of us has to translate it to make sure that it doesn’t contain any libel.
We give our time voluntarily to ensure that Anorak is still here every day for your convenience.
If you cannot ‘be arsed’ to translate such an article, why do you think we should do so on your behalf?
