I have a theory.

Maybe Madelaine is still alive. A complete mess but alive.

A drug trial was done on the wee girl. Maybe the trial had been going on for a while. Maybe the trial fucked up in Portugal. Something like her aging process suddenly speeding up or her body swelling up to twice the size (still prob fit in a blue bag the wee thing) or her eyes popping. Something really wierd like that.

Once this reaction to the drug happened a call was made to England for advice. The drug was top secret and had to have government approval in the first place. The government panacking a little and quickly realising the damage for such immoral research could be fatal decided in a cover up. The major financiers behind this drug trial also realised that good reputations will be ruined. So agreed to also finance the cover up and assist in any way possible. Supplying planes trips or 24 hour window repair service and the like.
Thus a flow of people into the saga. Clarrie coming on board to control the lot of them.
Gerry I think at this stage felt really safe. His back was covered and he started to enjoy the limelight. So much so that the whole business mushroomed too fast. He loved the centre stage, although he seemed more nervous when Kate was along side. He courted more famous people than most people see on tv in a life time. He turned it into a us v Portugal and many brits closed ranks and waved their private parts at the PJ. But the one major block to all this is that now the PJ wont take advice and give up. They are going to fight 'David". They won't go away. Ha ha.

Back to a secret hospital.......somewhere in Scotland maybe.....
If Madeliene was alive still, maybe covered pussy lesions, her brain inflating and deflating pushing mucas out of her nose and ears! There would a proffesional need to investigate the effects and gain extra knowledge that would make this drug safe. Who knows it could a matter of eliminating one chemical reaction and this drug would be worth billions. High stakes. Say it was a cure for cancer. Maybe Madeleine did have cancer (she is small and has a funny eye )and for a while the drug worked.
At least it did till May 1st > may 3rd. When the nightmare started for the Tapas 9. Cause I reckon they know of the trail, or at least the majority do. But it seems more likely they were all in on it, including the cowardly Tapas 10 who wont come forward.

So she was kept alive and transported back to England/Scotland, via a private jet, no customs, where at this moment the best Doctors are working frantically to both discover the cause of Madeleines weird reaction and to keep her alive so they can release her in Morocco.
She was to be ready for release before Xmas but she had a relapse.

Explains quick involvement of Government.
Explains why the McCanns have so many high profile financial backers.
Explains Gerry being allowed back to work.
Explains the shut down of the British press over the matter.
Explains lack of cooperation to Portuguese police.
Explains the potential DNA balls up.
Explaind the silence of the Tapas
Explains all these new pieces of information that seem like they were planned by a 10 year old.
Explains why even the Catholic Church thought it was to dodgy to touch.
Explains a lot.
Explains that this is good oil I'm smoking too. :)

People are shitting themselves all the way up the chain. A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. Several links have walked away but the chain still remains intact. Getting rusty but still holding.

<strong>I made all this up!</strong>

More of interest on Brian Kennedy......
Usually Brian Kennedy's Latium Group is mentioned in McCann-related media articles, but <b>not</b> his significant property business. Another case of revelation by omission? Or, just that "Mr Kennedy is best-known as the owner of Sale Sharks and the Everest double glazing business", and so reporters do not mention his property empire.

Manchester Evening News articles
Kennedy property arm secures £60m boost
Kevin Feddy
21/ 5/2007

A PROPERTY business owned by Sale Sharks and Everest double glazing chain tycoon Brian Kennedy has secured a £60m funding boost for expansion...

Matthew Jones, director of property finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland, said: "This deal puts <b>Patrick Properties</b> in an excellent position to continue the growth and success they have achieved during the course of the last few years."

...<b>Patrick Properties, established in 2002 by Mr Kennedy</b> and managing director Andrew Dickman, is based in Wilmslow and specialises in developing and refurbishing office and industrial sites across the north.

It has built a portfolio worth around £80m, which includes warehousing on the Knowsley Industrial Park, a development in Glossop and sites on Broadway Business Park, Chadderton, Premier Park in Winsford, Cheshire, and Crewe Business Park. It also owns land and property in Burnley, Carrington and Wigan.

Its tenants include Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Honda and <b>Cheshire Police</b>. Mr Dickman said the company would now look to acquire further properties as a result of the funding package from the <b>Royal Bank of Scotland.</b>

"This deal provides us with the capital to grow and develop the business, and take advantages of opportunities that exist in the north west commercial property market," he said.

10 acres

He said the market was buoyant and<b> Patrick would seek acquisitions </b>of sites of at least 10 acres, as well as carrying out improvements to its existing properties.

Patrick Properties is understood to be eyeing targets in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside...

Kennedy touches down in Glossop
David Thame
25/10/2004
<b>Patrick Properties</b> has also invested in Crewe and elsewhere in the north west since it was created two years ago.

<b>The company has been part of Kennedy's strategy to diversify his business. The latest deals follow the sale last year of the Everest double-glazing business for '63m. </b>

Manchester property is fast turning into a rich man's game.

...According to a survey published this month[October, 2004], the north west's ten richest property barons are worth an astonishing '2.9bn between them.

Just wondering how common it is (in Scotland) to be raised in that religion.

http://www.newsco.com/productsandservices/archive/nwbi/2006-07/lunch
Some whisperers throw in the anecdote that he’s a Jehovah’s Witness, as if that would draw a streak of eccentricity across his character. The truth is he is driven by a faith in God, <b>and was indeed raised in that religion</b>, but he’s not a strict adherent and is driven by the same gods as many entrepreneurs... The sun is shining on Cheshire, where he lives, and he’s in the midst of shoring up his bid for Ultraframe, a business desperately in need of a turnaround job.

From Correio da Manha 4/2/08 (Translation by Li 3As)

Investigation: the suspicion concerning the couple continues
Magistrate asks silence to the Director of the Criminal Police

The experience of Alípio Ribeiro as a magistrate "perhaps" had led him "to another evaluation," he said to the Radio Renascença about the decision of the public prosecutor (MP) in constituting the McCanns arguidos.Meanwhile a source close to the national director of the PJ told the CM that when he spoke of "precipitation" he was misinterpreted, the President of the Association of Magistrates of the Public Prosecutors responds: "I do not know if he is right or not, but this conduct of speaking about pending cases is extremely worrying. "

Anthony Cluny says he does not know the process, but what "concerns him is starting to see that the high responsible for the legal institutions do not restrain themselves to comment on pending cases - which can lead precisely to misinterpretation. " And he leaves an implicit appeal to the Director of the PJ, " this kind of situation should not be repeated: it's needed containment and reserves in the speech" from now on.

In any case, the CM found that the suspicions of the PJ on the McCanns concerning the eventual death of their daughter remain. And a source close to Alípio Ribeiro says that the words of the director will have been in the sense that if Kate and Gerry had been kept witnesses, as would dictate the new Criminal Procedure Code (CPP), "perhaps they had not depart immediateyl to England . And they would be more cooperative with the Justice. "

The day the PJ decided to tighten the siege to the McCanns, with searches and interviews of 11 hours to Kate, for example, "there was no other option but to constitute them arguidos" - we were on September 7 and the new CPP came into force a week later. The current law requires that there is a "reasonable suspicion" to constitute anyone arguido and, until September 15, "any suspicion that existed obliged to that constitution."

The suspects benefited with the measure taken and " the investigation was undermined." If the Public Prosecutor had expected one week for the new law, "it would be possible to keep them as witnesses and they would be more cooperative with the following steps."

Instead, we are seeing for more than two months an attempt to question the friends of the couple, by rogatory letters that, as the CM published last week, have not yet left the Attorney General's Office.

"THERE WAS A PRECIPITATION": Alípio Ribeiro, director of the PJ

-Do you consider that there was a precipitation in constituting arguidos Kate and Gerry McCann?

Alípio Ribeiro - Today, at this distance, with the experience I have as a public prosecutor - although the constitution of defendants in investigations ... the Director of the Judicial Police does not give orders - perhaps another evaluation should have been made. I have no doubt about that.

- Was there some precipitation?

- There was some precipitation.

The suspects benefited with the measure taken and ” the investigation was undermined.” If the Public Prosecutor had expected one week for the new law, “it would be possible to keep them as witnesses and they would be more cooperative with the following steps.”

Instead, we are seeing for more than two months an attempt to question the friends of the couple, by rogatory letters that, as the CM published last week, have not yet left the Attorney General’s Office.

“THERE WAS A PRECIPITATION”: Alípio Ribeiro, director of the PJ

-Do you consider that there was a precipitation in constituting arguidos Kate and Gerry McCann?

Alípio Ribeiro - Today, at this distance, with the experience I have as a public prosecutor - although the constitution of defendants in investigations … the Director of the Judicial Police does not give orders - perhaps another evaluation should have been made. I have no doubt about that.

- Was there some precipitation?

- There was some precipitation.

In 2002, Brian Kennedy was ranked No. 203, up from No. 394 the year before. He was born in Edinburgh, not far from the McCanns at Castle Craig, and the Winyards at Stobo Castle.

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/richlist/person/0,,6821,00.html
<b>The Edinburgh-born Kennedy</b>, 41, started in a bank but soon quit to become a kitchen salesman. He later went into double glazing but his first venture failed in 1992. Learning from that, he bought Weatherseal Holdings, the double glazing firm, from receivers for £50,000. It has formed the basis of Latium. Kennedy also owns Sale rugby club. His business interests are worth £145m, and we add £10m for other wealth.

Below is information from the Castle Craig Hospital page. John McCann is Gerry's brother, but the other McCanns have not been identified that I know of.

<b>On the property adjacent to Castle Craig Hospital lives Stephen Winyard, who owns Stobo Castle. Winyard is one of the trio of millionaires supporting the McCanns. He also solicited staff at Castle Craig, according to a news report. </b>

Winyard's Stobo Castle was one of several destinations mentioned in 2003 as used by pharmaceutical companies in granting doctors the special favor of a holiday. "Dr Des Spence, a Glasgow GP and spokesman for the No Free Lunch movement in Scotland, which monitors the pharmaceutical industry, has refused offers from pharmaceutical companies of trips to Dublin, <b>Stobo Castle near Peebles</b>, Gleneagles and St Andrews...Controversy has long surrounded the practice of pharmaceutical companies giving gifts to medical staff..."

Winyard's brother Clive is Managing Director of Castle Care Cosmetics, LTD.

<b>Stobo Castle, and Castle Craig Hospital are both located in Peeblesshire, Scotland. </b>

Castle Craig, with its 50 secluded acres of private land, is located in the rolling hillsides of the Scottish Borders, and only 30 minutes from Edinburgh. The hospital provides inpatient treatment for those suffering from alcohol and drug dependence and other addictive disorders. Established for 19 years, the hospital and treatment are under medical management. The hospital is a prime and extra contractor to the National Health Service, is recognised by the Dutch healthcare system and is a preferred provider both to major UK medical insurers and to the US Department of Defence.

About Us
Castle Craig Hospital is located <b>in the stunning countryside of the Scottish Borders</b>, approximately 20 miles from Edinburgh. The property, which includes 50 acres of parkland and woods, is surrounded by the Borders hills, creating a relaxed and tranquil environment conducive to healing and recovery.

Castle Craig was founded in 1987 by Peter and Dr. Margaret McCann. Their experience in directing a treatment programme for addictive disease started in April 1983, when they founded a centre, Clouds House in Wiltshire. After successfully running Clouds for 5 years, they opened, in consultation with the Borders Health Board, Castle Craig Hospital.

The hospital is registered with the relevant statutory body, namely the Scottish Care Commission. It is a major contractor to the National Health Service and is recognised by the major medical insurers in the U.K. Many insurance companies from other countries fund the treatment at Castle Craig. The hospital is a Preferred Provider to the U.S. Government under the Tricare programme and it is also recognised by the Dutch insurance companies.

Stobo Castle Health Spa means many different things to guests who come back to us year after year. Some join us for relaxation and pampering; some for rest among <b>tranquil Scottish surroundings</b>, or exercise and toning. Others are simply seeking a personal treat or beauty boost...

Nestled among <b>Scotland's beautiful Borders countryside</b>, Stobo Castle offers a deeply personal haven, or an experience for sharing with a partner or friends. In short, we provide the backdrop for you to make the Stobo experience entirely your own.

Ian 635 - I appreciate your post.

I tend now to make just one or two posts a day because dealing with Hedgeslammer is such a chore.

I am reasonably sure that his motivation is to limit debate or actually drive people away. He does not appear to be particularly gifted intellectually, so it is unlikely that he is a paid McCann troll; it must just be his own personality shining through.

REPLY: Quoting you: "He does not appear to be particularly gifted intellectually, ..."

May I inquire as to your IQ?

"Do we really HOPE that the McCanns are guilty or do we actually THINK that they are guilty. IF they are proved to be innocent of all charges or alledged charges - will you be relieved or distressed?”

Hi Ciara Louise.......I'm sure you will get other suggestions but a cup of Chamomile tea is good. If practicable a short, brisk walk ! and sprinkling pure essential oil of Lavender on your pillow case too. There are some herbal possibilities to be had in health shop eg Valerian

Duncan 618 - remember mods and admin know who I am, or at least have enough info to find out.

As we all know, the prospect of me actually taking action against Sledge is slim, but I am disappointed that you have not taken any specific action against him.

Read the posts - he is by a long long way the greatest culprit with regard to unfounded abuse and insults.

Your (Anorak’s) failure to deal with this appears to condone this.

Personally I think Mods and Admin would have been greatly respected if they had taken some controlling action regarding the pointless claims being made by the poster ’sledgehammer’.

He does actually post lies - for example, claiming that noseycow had been corrected by him regarding her repeating a view apparently spawned by myself and of course the famous claim that an announcement would be made on Friday at 11:30.

Of course if Anorak is happy with threads being taken over with debates about such wild claims, then no moderation was required.

Some rather good posters have left the thread as a result of such posters as sledgehammer, which is a shame.

If posters have close links with vested interests and Mods and Admin are aware, then it would be nice to be warned so we would take their posts more seriously - or ignore them if told they are not telling the truth regarding their links.

Posters have left here or rather been driven out of here by the anti-mccanns and others such as yourself who think they own this site exclusively to pontificate on their viewpoints against the Mccanns.
