I’m not supporting him, I am trying to analyse the situation. The best answer from the police would be to present a watertight case. This would redundantise libel suits.

Well, I wish you are right. As I said, it was always my hope that the PJ tactics would make some sense in the end. But the media battle suggests to me that the case is virtually closed and the aftermath has started.

He clearly slandered them. Nobody had any doubt as to the object of his sneering. The specific words would not defend him in a court of law, I beleive the evidence is sufficient to support a claim on the basis of the balance of probabilities. He cannot shut them out like the despicable James Whale can on a talk show.

Correct. The position is that the information was created by Kate for private investigators hired by the McCanns. It, specifically ‘it’, not the information within it, was held by those investigators, or the McCanns. The source was one or the other of those ‘entities’.

It was a blatant smear attempt by Clarence (as their, the McCanns, voice) on the Portuguese PJ. He is in deep shit and he had totally destroyed the McCann machines credibility.

Then we know about the DNA, the blood stains, the cleaning of the apartment, the bodily fluids found in the car, the cadaver dogs finding scent of corpse in the two apartments where the McCanns stayed, in Kate’s pants, in the plush toy, inside the McCann’s car, and the scent map the dogs ‘made’ from their houses to the beach. The result of the McCanns actions was tragic. And the delays to resolve this case were very much in the hands of the British Home Office. 6 months to accept the rogatory letters… imagine if it was an European Arrest Warrant?
