LEICESTER MERCURY: “DEATH THREATS MADE TO GERRY AND KATE”
Gerry and Kate McCann have installed panic alarms and CCTV cameras at their Rothley home after receiving “menacing letters and e-mails”.The report, in a Sunday newspaper [The People], said the parents have received two death threats - and one sender suggested an intruder would target the missing five-year-old’s bedroom.
And do what? Take pictures for a tabloid?
The People quotes a Leicestershire Constabulary spokesman who tells the world:
“Unfortunately, there are some lunatics out there. They will not let these people break them down.”
Does that sound like an objective police officer?
Says Clarence Mitchell, the McCanns’ spokesman:
“I can state that on the instigation of Gerry and Kate McCann, Madeleine is a ward of the High Court of England and Wales.
“An application has been made on Madeleine’s behalf by her parents for disclosure of certain documents. The hearing is currently scheduled for July 7 in the High Court in London.
“It has been the stated intention of Gerry and Kate McCann to leave no stone unturned in doing everything necessary to search for their daughter, as would any parent.
“This application is just part of their search for Madeleine.”

Who hasn’t thought about going into the Rothley home - just to get a feel of the place?
I don’t know why the media refer to the house as a luxury home - except for the price perhaps - because it is the most sterile, impersonalised place I have seen.

WTF …. Am I right in thinking that M’s woc status would only have been imposed by the Court?
I understand the Defence using it to get hold of Witness Statements to get some stories straight etc but I thought that once made a woc she is no longer under the guidance of the suspect parents.

I wish the honourable silky LAWENER would come on and explain one of his comments from yesterday about his believing that an ABDUCTOR was seen by at least three people.
I want to know how an abductor would have had time to tidy the bedding and enter and leave without shedding a hair or leaving a trace.
Having spoken to several SAS pals of my Hubby I can offer this abductor more work than he could ever imagine as a training officer in various military organisations.
I bet there a few cat-burglars who are dying to know his secrets! LOL

It could be a very seldom used ploy from the tactical aid arm of the Defence which negates yet more responsibility from the Clan but it would be prejudicial should proceedings occur.
It can also create other loop-holes though during process which will be needed during extradition proceedings.
