Madeleine McCann: Labour And The Nazis
MADDIE WATCH - Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann, Kate McCann and Gerry McCann
TRIBUNE (Magazine) “an independent weekly labour movement voice”
A new book is out: “BOOKS: Why Charles Lindbergh went to meet with Hermann Goering” - The Immortalists: Charles Lindbergh, Dr Alexis Carrel and Their Daring Quest to Live Forever, by David M Friedman
Goering and Madeleine McCann… There is a link. Knew it…
MOST people know two things about Charles Lindbergh. One: in 1927 he became the first person to fly non-stop from New York to Paris. And two: five years later his baby son was kidnapped and murdered.
Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. Oh, and he invented the electric guitar, suffered from bi-polarism and once ate 17 pickled eggs in a minute. Go on..:
The first event made him the most famous man on the planet, the prototype celebrity of the mass media age, a victim of ticker-tape parades, celebrity tours and the flashbulb’s glare. The second reignited that hysteria, but subtly changed the tone. After the murder, Lindbergh’s heroic status was stained with darkness and suspicion. Some crazies even accused the bereaved couple of killing their own child (thus grotesquely foreshadowing the case of Madeleine McCann).
Chapter 2: Charles mistakes a billiard ball for a pickled eggs with hilarious consequences…

“On the front line in the search for Maddie
Gonçalo Amaral’s intriguing memoir of the Madeleine McCann case offers no solution but reveals a man obsessed by the investigation
It is a shame that this revealing memoir from Gonçalo Amaral, the police chief who ran the Madeleine McCann investigation until he was unceremoniously fired last year, has not been published in English. It’s also a fairly safe bet that it won’t be. Within minutes of its appearance in Portuguese bookshops, the McCanns’ spokesman let it be known their lawyers would be giving it a thorough read, with an eye to the kind of libel action that ended up costing the Express group £500,000 earlier this year. And that was before the Portuguese authorities finally cleared the couple last month of any suspicion.
It does not offer solution???wait and see

”Where the law does not distinguish - nobody else may.”
Time for changes in the law then - Carter Ruck!
We no longer have children sweeping chimneys - in civilised societies.
We no longer have slavery - in civilised societies.
Women have the vote - in civilised societies.
Banks can now be nationalised - in civilised countries.
We don’t have to blow ourselves up to get messages across - in civilised countrie .
But we can comment and post until death - to make sure that civilised countries make sure that children/minors are given the same rights as adults in civilised countries.
Where is the body of MM?
Why has there not been an investigation to find out where the cadaver odour came from - if not from MM’s body? Who died in apartment 5A?
Why are the British police and the Portuguese police and both Portuguese Governments not doing anything about recovering MM?
The answer is very simple. Let ius bring Mexico into the equation.
The Governments and Police of both countries are in a Mexican stand-off with each other and from each and every angle. Every policeman has arrived at the same - conclusion - both the Portuguese policemen and the British policemen.
The British Government has permitted the rogatory letters and re-questioning of other errrrrrr ……. parties. (This tells us something quite huge and enormous and massive - especially if there was ever to be a great big massive trial!) lol SIGNIFICANT! lol
How these investigations were actually conducted and under what conditions will have to be calculated - by Anorakian imagination.
The British Government and police do everything by the book - and are rigorously meticulous and unerring and straight down the line - refer to people like Mandelson, Jeffrey Archer, David Blunkett and Ian Blair and Michael Todd etc.
So - we have absolutely no doubt as to their integrity in any way, shape or form - ever - because they are pillars of the community and society in general - for ever and ever and ever until they die or climb up mountains in freezing conditions with drugs and booze and take their clothes off whilst up there - even though they have no intentions of committing suicide - and that must never be said by anybody - ever - lest their properties don’t get paid off and their pensions don’t get paid out to their families etc., etc., etc. ……..
Banks collapsing and people not being able to afford organically -grown vegetables and cigarettes will not place this case at the bottom of the pile - because in strange pecuniary and tough times - human beings look at the fundamental roots of their societies - and want to get to the bottom of shoot-to-kill policies and deaths of tiny tot baby-sitters.
So - Tube-shootings and cadaver smells in Potuguese apartments - despite their infrequency and utter uniqueness - make the ordinary man in the street ask questions about who the fuck is in charge of their money - but more importantly - their safety and validation as human beings.
Gordie Bruney - where are you?
Jacqui Smith! Stay in your office and don’t come out - until you are told!

Would our resident Carter Ruck fans care to remind me what happened when that firm pitted its wits against David and Victoria Beckham in 2006?
Clue, it concerned a photographer called Nick Stern and one side came out of it considerably worse off than the other
