Madeleine McCann is missing. There are no suspects. The parents are not suspects. There is no "corroborated" forensics. There is no evidence against anyone. The Portuguese authorities have never said "there is not enough evidence" against anyone. People including the original three arguidos have received payouts for perceived libels against them. It is very unwise to insult a high court judge. So what is the case according to the barmy brigade, remember now, facts at all times, and be careful of libel law.
