Police Help Iraq Veteran Aspinall Atune To Broken Britain (Video)

FOLLOWING news of CCTV devices that can predict crime, Anorak hears of Lance Corporal Mark Aspinall being toughened up for life in Broken Britain by three uniformed officers in Wigan, Lancashire.

Having been beaten up, Aspinall is then hauled before the Beak and convicted of attacking the policemen. He is ordered to pay one PC Lightfoot £100 in compensation and one of the other officers £150. He is also ordered to serve 200 hours community service and given a three-month suspended prison sentence.

Says Aspinall:

“I was scared for my life. I was being battered and my head was being pushed into the ground. I remember thinking, ‘I’m going to die here. I can’t believe I’ve survived Afghanistan and Iraq and now I’m going to die on this main road in my home town at the hands of the police’. Yet I was the one who ended up in the dock, not the officers.”

Stopping short of thanking the officers for going out of their way to repatriate him, Aspinall’s appeal comes before Crown Court judge John Phipps.

Says he:

“I am shocked and appalled at the level of police violence shown here… I would go as far as to say the statements (by the officers) contain untruths.”

We rewind the tape and see PC Peter Lightfoot, a van driver by trade and Government-approved 20st vigilante by hobby, punching Aspinall eight times.

Says Aspinall:

“They asked me what I was doing and I told them I was just standing around. They came up and pushed me and I said ‘Don’t f***ing touch me’. I had been drinking, I was pretty leathered, I know that… but I was NOT being violent.”

The thee officers converge on Aspinall. He falls over. He gets to his feet. An officer rugby-tackles him.

PC Lightfoot bangs Mark’s head on the road twice. He shouts into Aspinall’s ear. His two colleagues kneel on Aspinall’s legs. Aspinall bites one of the officer’s legs in self-defence.

The officer pushes his booted foot in Aspinall’s face. PC Lightfoot pulls his hair and pushes his face on the tarmac. PC Lightfoot punches him twice, then punches him another six times on the back and shoulders.
Aspinall is bundled into a police van in handcuffs, taken to Wigan police station and kept in custody for 20 hours.

His name is now cleared:

At his home in Orrell, Wigan, PC Lightfoot, was heard to say: “Go away. You are not welcome.”

Meanwhile, over in Portsmouth, the cutting-edge CCTV devices have potted a possible crime in action. Note the two men in blue approaching the man in black…

Absolutely brilliant example of our police force using calm .but firm and fair tactics on a totally violent and out of control drug using pyschopath who was obviously armed (i think they missed that one out) and my frikkin taxes pays for these specials are they called special constables coz their parents were related???/closely??God almight why have they had their duties REDUCED?????sack em lock em up and see how they like it…

This happens a lot more than the general public are aware of. I am a well respected professional middle class consultant in my early thirties.. But when i was eighteen years old, I too had a similiar experience. Two policemen were waiting at the bottom of a street, near a taxi rank. When I approached, they both jumped on me, one held my arms whilst the other commenced punching me in the stomach. This continued for several minutes. There had been no reason whatsoever for this to occur. I was really shocked that it was happening to me. The scariest thing was that at no time did they speak to one another, or to me. It was totally premeditated. They had obviously just planned to go out and do this. I never complained. But I have to say. It is my opinion that a lot of Police are Cowards. They hide behind their uniform. So they can behave in this way. The policemen involved in this assault on this young soldier should go to prison. They are scum of the highest order.

This is symptomatic of the times we live in. The Police are now a law unto themselves and, as David from Leeds says, many of them really are cowards who commit acts of brutality on the pretext of maintaining public order. These coppers only got caught because they were captured by the CCTV cameras, and it’s a fair bet that Police get away with much more similar behaviour which goes unfilmed.

It’s staggering, that after watching the CCTV footage, the Magistrates still saw fit to convict and fine Mr Aspinwall. They have shown themselves as being totally incompetant to hold such a position of authority, and they should be disqualified from sitting on the Bench immediately.

This happened to me during a domestic incident at my home where I had locked my Mrs out. She phoned the Police and two came round, a WPC who I knew and a little ‘Liverpudlian’ copper. When I let the WPC in to chat the scouse copper bum rushed me from behind and arrested me, when I was in handcuffs he placed his hand over my mouth and suffocated me. This was witnessed by my Mum and dad and her dad. During the domestic I had thrown some rubbish and the laundry basket onto our lawn from a top window. Back at the Police station I was left in the van just outside the custody desk, I could hear the Sgt telling them that they had no right arresting me and that they would have to say that I assaulted her and he came to her aid. In the charge sheet they tried to say I had caused criminal damage on our jointly owned property. They has ‘coached’ a statement from my Missues. They said I had let the WPC in and attacked her by repeatedly slamming the door into her, miraculously she had no injuries. He tried to contact my Dad and get him to sign his note book saying he did not want to be a witness.

When She tried to make a retraction statement they told her’ sorry luve the laws changed and you can’t. When she did make a retraction statement it never made it to court they threw it in file 13 the bin.

Basically the Police assult is a get out clause they use to stop them getting done if they overstep the mark, their statements were full of lies. I ended up with a bind over. Basically my solicitor told me that it was extremly rare to win cases like this, the beaks nearly always believe the Police’s version. I see from this case that the appeal Judege was impeachable.

I think video evidence is the only chance you have to prove their lies.

i was once jumped by police in my youth..i was coming home from the bar pissed but happy..was a reasonable walk up the hill and just as i was about to enter my mums house i was jumped and also had my face shoved into my mums driveway..nobody had identified themselves to be or said anything and in a natural self-defence reaction i fought back for a second before i realised it was the police..after receiving a few cracks i was cuffed and put in the back of the van..by this stage my mum had awoke and was going mad..this was all because a moped that was registered to me had been used in a robbery of some sort..even though i had reported this stolen more than half a year previously they thought i was the culprit..

i can maybe see how they made that mistake but the level of violence they used to subdue me was completely uncalled for..my faith in the police at that time needless to say took quite a knock..

This doesn’t sync with articles indicating entire villages in the UK are overrun by Muslims and hoodlums while the police look the other way because of the PC thought police. Or, maybe it does…
