Madonna Does Preach At Live Earth
HAD only Princess Diana been around to enliven Live Earth, music fans wouldn’t have had to endure Madonna coercing every “motherfucker” to watch their telly, buy her album and save the planet. (Spinal Tap Pic: The Spine)
Madonna is not a hypocrite, creating no little static in her skin tight Spandex suit and proving that wind and so much hot air can power an entire stadium.

Presenters were ordered not to ask about Madonna’s husband Guy Ritchie, her religious beliefs and her adopted son David Banda Twist.
All questions had to be about Live Earth. Such as: Do they have television in Malawi? Can you and Guy’s collaboration Swept Away be seen as an instructional video for when the world drowns? Can red string stop global warming?
Is the global warming diet for everyone?

Wow, another boring post about how bad Madonna is and how she has ruined the music industry. My simple response, “BULLSHIT”. She blew away any performer with her performance of “La Isla Bonita” at Live Earth. I was simply amazed. She is in a league of her own as Elvis, and The Beatles. If she was a has been or had no talent, why does she constantly sell out any concert venue she ever performs at? Her last tour sold out instantly and became the most successful tour of any woman artist ever. Add to that, she has sold close to 300 million albums.
I guess you can’t be a fair weather Madonna fan; you either hate or you love her. Thank god, I am in the latter category. She constantly creates debates, stirs controversy, and keeps the office interesting with water cooler chat. She still is a breath of fresh air amongst the boring, bland pop music that is currently generating on radio stations.

LIke anyone in Western Europe would have a clue about how Madonna made her way to the top, this old man is nuts! Maybe he works for the Vatican or something. She may not be a saint but who really is, everyone knows she works very hard and is very smart she has the talent and I have never read anywhere that she sleep with anyone to help her career. For what I can tell everyone uses her to get attention and sucess just like the people who write these stupid articles. Madonna has talent and smarts with that she does not need to bang some old fool like Spudgun to sell records. Madonna is not a Mariah or a Celene who screwed the CEO of there label to have a career she made her way on her own even if some of her moves are provocative she was in control this is a well known fact. End of story!

I know old Spud you would never be smart enough to be an American sorry I made that mistake. Your just an ignorant old man who lives in some fantasy world. Who ever you “supposed” contacts are are most likely the writers at the tabloids hate to burt your bubble even Madonna is not so powerful you could hide the facts about her life, the world knows everything about her and none of what you say about her is true, get over it and get more honest contacts they clearly are just green with envy, and like you should be ignored.

Speaking of FREAKS old SPUDGUN is clearly a Madonna stalker as he returns to see if his childish antics offended anyone. And its sad that you write its common knowlege Madonna screwed her way to the top when its not what do you read tabloids? Maybe you should actually read legit articles about Madonna because no where does it say she screwed anyone to get to where she is today, Madonna was signed by Sire after they listened to a demo tape. Her entire rise to fame is well documented and has been broadcasted all over TV for years none of it validates your stupid childish remarks. Its sad that some people like old Spud actually thinks tabloids are truthful because that is the only basis you have. Maybe you should watch Madonna: Behind the music on MTV or read a legit Bio, funny how none of them show a little dumb tramp laying her way to superstardom. If this where true the woman would never made it past that first 12″ vinal single she was signed to at Sire.

I’m going to write slowly, because my previous comments were clearly way in excess of your celebral comptational capabilities. I have neither delusions nor have fallen for any marketing. Like I said, good luck to her. I do not spite her one iota. But she’s no Holy Magdelane as you and the Madge freaks portray her to be. The ’sex’ image was no marketing hype. It is common knowledge amongst anyone with an IQ above 90 that she screwed her way around more casting couches than pretty much any other ’starlet’ to grace Hollywood. You may consider that to be a ‘Driven’ woman where you come from, but from where I hail we call it being an old slapper who has NO rights in telling ANYONE how and how not to conduct their lives. You have every right to bow down and worship the ground she walks on if that floats your boat, but don’t hysterically insit that everyone else does too.

Does nobody have nothing better to do than create ways to bash Madonna? So many useless people in Hollywood who never do anything for anyone I can’t figure it out, why does America worship entertainers who stay drunk, in jail, drugged up , party 24 hours a day and are completely useless then turn around and go after Madonna who works hard gives millions every year to just about every charity under the sun, saved thousands of lives, takes great care of her children, remains faithfully married, and gives her fans her best year after year.
Yes Madonna may or may not produce more carbon than some its a silly argument even if Madonna stayed home the airplanes still will be in the air and I seriously doubt her driving habits are any worse than the rest of us.
It does not make her a hypocrite to lend her support to a cause if SHE has faith in the cause and tries on a personal level to do better. You can’t expect Madonna or the rest of the world to stop living and working the idea is to create cleaner fuels, conservation and try to save our planet.
Like her or not Madonna never lends her support or time to a cause unless she really believes in it and I am sure she will do her part.
As far as her pending adoption I think that is a disgusting attack for anyone to make a child’s life is PRICELESS! No matter where a child is from anyone who sinks low enough to slam Madonna for adopting a child should be ashamed. Madonna was in Africa establishing and funding projects that will save thousands of children- she funds projects all over the world that help save children. How many celebrities who chose to adopt go that extra step and build hospitals and homes to care for these children in need ? And before anyone of you try to go there Madonna did not just jump on any wagon she has been funding projects and charities since the very start of her career something no one ever cares to mention.

At Live Earth Madonna lectured us on climate change.
How much carbon do you think Madonna produces every year compared to me.
She has a massive mansion (maybe others too) which must kick out absolutely loads.
She flies around everywhere, even adopting a child from the other side of the world with all that travelling involved.
She must have a collection of gas guzzling cars.
The electricity consumption at one of her concerts must be more than my family use in a year.
But she can afford extra taxes etc so that is OK.
I have nothing against her as a person or a performer, but as an advocate of climate change - hypocritical. A bit like an alcoholic telling us not to binge drink.

Pretending to play guitar? What’s next with you guys? Leave her in peace no reason to hate on her and make up stories about her its pure and simple jealousy. Unlike these pop tarts who would sell their souls to have an ounce of Madonna’s talent Madonna does not lip sync, she busts her chops to give her fans her best and YES she really plays the guitar and has for years. What has America come to, people to day worship entertainers who are cracked out, in jail, stay drunk, party 24/7 and then turn around and constantly attack Madonna who actually works like a dog to give more than her best to her fans, donates millions every year to a whole list of causes ,stands up for what she believes in no matter what the cost to her career. Madonna is more real than 99% of Hollywood and its so very sad some of you people don’t see that.

First of all I like to say to John - you must be blind or just have no taste in women , Madonna is a stunning woman and poll after poll continues to name her the sexiest entertainer of all time year after year. For someone you called ugly she has made a large fortune selling her image if calling another person ugly makes you feel good about yourself you have some serious issues.
And for Spudgun the fact that you took time to read this article and attack Madonna proves your a total hypocrite. I am sure you just get a rise out of making others upset pretty sad indeed.

Spudgun unlike yourself most of us are not as stupid as you just proved you are. Madonna is a marketing genius she is a woman who all on her own became the worlds biggest and most famous entertainer. And clearly you fell for the whole marketing campaign hook line and sinker.
I am no a Madonnaphile but I like the rest of the world can respect a person who started out with nothing and made something of their lives, and I surely can appreciate someone who from day one has given millions of her hard earned money back to the people who made her who she is.

Clearly a Madonnaphile. It is clear that she is your beacon of hope and inspirational light in an otherwise dark and dank Universe. Allow me to set you straight. Miss Louise Ciccone is 24ct Trailer Trash. She determined to do ANYTHING to gain fame and fortune, (and believe me, she DID do pretty much anything to achieve it). It may suit her and her fans to think herself as a predominant, iconoclastic megastar, whose opinions, notions and intentions supercede all others; but I am amongst many who recal her as a soft-porn actress who got lucky, (starting in a pseudo-erotic video of ‘Like a Virgin’.) Good luck to her, I say, but please don’t attest that she is anything other than what she really is.

Oh give me a break I am not a big pop music fan but even I know Madonna has helped thosands of people since her career begain and only stands up for something she has faith in. Princess Diana God love her is still no better a person than Madonna who was the FIRST major anyone to stand up and care for people with AIDS. Madonna is bashed because she is a strong woman who speaks her mind people try to find foughts in ever thing she does and lets face it guys its getting OLD. Love her love to hate her she at heart is a good person who like all of us has made mistakes but no one can say her heart is not in the right place!
