It was the Environment Minister, Phil Woolas, who said that the amount of money that people spend on bottled water “borders on being morally unacceptable”.

Tim Lang, the Government’s naural resources commissioner, told us:

“We have to make people think that it’s unfashionable just as we have with smoking. We need a similar campaign to convince people that this is wrong.”

    Apparently these bottles are refilled every night so Ofcom keeps its plastic waste down.

    As far as I’m aware the only water Ken Livingstone drinks cames 100% proof.
