I had some respect for Galloway after seeing his attack on the US senate (well worth a watch). Now… it’s vanished into nothing.
Couldn’t agree more - I had some grudging respect for him at that point, even though I knew he was a pugilistic little sod, but he’s becoming a parody of his (already over-the-top) self.
I think interviewees are completely within their rights to answer a question with a question - and which part of interviewing does George not understand, when all that he is interested in doing is foisting his own opinion on the person he is supposed to be listening to (and who is answering his questions!)?

He’s not behaving like an interviewer here, he’s behaving like a preacher who is simply out to prove his foregone conclusion. He did have a semi-valid argument at the start, but ended up completely losing my support by trying to blame Henshaw as if he’s the cause for all anti-muslim sentiment in the world. Rubbish!

he had a valid point, Joyce Mary - and Galloway, because he couldn’t answer him, tried to duck it by being aggressive and calling him names - it was Galloway who dissolved into a puerile jabbering wreck by the end of the interview.
if you are going to come out with ridiculous accusations, as Galloway did, you have to be prepared to back them up with fact - he couldn’t and consequently made a complete tw*t of himself and not for the first time.

If you take off your blinkers, and forget for one moment you despise George Galloway, what you are seeing is a TV Executive of considerable experience dissolving into a jabbering wreck. You do not go on to a combative show like The Real Deal and ask the questions - that was the presenters job.
What doesn’t david Henshaw understand about the relationship between presenter and guest? It is not rock science.
