JUST nine days before falling ill with kidney stones, UK Business Secretary Peter Mandelson drank Chinese milk.

On Sept 26, in Tianjin at the World Economic Forum, EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson drank a glass of milk (click to see video) in front of the media to show his support for the Chinese dairy industry and said:
Shame he couldn’t have just fed it to one of his children. He goes on:
The Europeans will continue to expect the highest standards, just as Chinese consumers are demanding the same…. But in the meantime I shall continue drinking my own favorite, er, milk, er, product, er, er, which I enjoy and which does not make me nervous.

Well if he wasn’t poisoned by the milk - he should have been!
However - even though Mandy and I never see eye to eye - I would not wish kidney stones on anybody.
I hope he recovers quickly. I cannot kick a man when he is down. It’s not in my nature.
So Mandy - please get well soon - so I can talk about your paunchy belly and silly sweaters again.

I think Peter Mandelson represents all the sleaze the Labour Government have been
guilty of over the last eleven years.
What was their anthem, “Things can only get better”……..has a hollow ring to it now.
