Barack Obama: Trevor Philips, Lex Wotton And Lewis Hamilton PM
BARACK Obama Watch: living with post-racial politics.
SKY NEWS: “If Barack Obama had lived here I would be very surprised if even somebody as brilliant as him would have been able to break through the institutional stranglehold that there is on power within the Labour Party,” Trevor Phillips told The Times.”
Trevor Phillips clings on to the arcane belief that Obama is black.
Trevor is the chairman of Britain’s Equality and Human Rights Commission. If there’s no race, his job might be already covered by the Lesbian and Gay Alliance, or that big nebulous group many call “women”.
THE AUSTRALIAN: “Palm Island rioter Lex Wotton gets six years jail.”
The riot started in the wake of the release of autopsy results into the death of Doomadgee, a local man who died in police custody from massive internal injuries.
Says his lawyer:
“In the new age of Obama, it will be interesting to see how this trial will be viewed given the changing political landscape.”
BBC Have Your Say:
As long as their are illegal immigrants in the UK living on benefits, there will be resentment. We even have illegal immigrants allowed in and given documentation by illegal immigrants that are employed by the very department that is supposed to be preventing them from entering the UK in the first place. Until that is sorted out, nobody will trust an immigrant. More importantly, Obama declares himself as an American and proud of it. That attitude is sadly lacking in UK, they want sharia law etc. - michael wilson, bidache, France
BBC: “BRITAIN’S OBAMA. Could Britain have a black PM?”
Well, yes…
Now the US has elected its first black president, how long until the UK has a black or Asian prime minister?
That’s harder to answer than the fist questions, but we’d say at least six years…
So why not a similar story in the UK, which had a Jewish prime minister in the 19th Century and this week celebrated a British black man becoming Formula One world champion?
Is this a test?
And let it not go unsaid that Lewis Hamilton is not only a Great British man who lives in Switzerland, but that he is able to live in post-racial Switzerland as a Great British man…

I saw that tv prog last night too, tying children to furniture, or even their arms behind their backs.
I used to be somewhat anti EU, BUT, if they can enforce humane practices for somewhat barbaric countries, then I shall drop the anti stance now.

There is some naivete in that if we are ‘nice’ to the Muslims they shall be ‘nice’ back, yeah right

Trevor has had a brain transplant for in the black community he was seen as not representing them, nor other minorities.
At least the reversal has taken place, that must have been hard, but finally he’s actually saying the truth. sexism racism, homophobia and transphobia are rife in the UK, some of coming from the labour government, which has to be pushed to do anything much against a squeal of “it costs us” from big business and the religious bigots and zealots.
Trevor keep it up! The truth hurts and you are saying it!

June says! ”Can you imagine an Islamic state really accepting Infidel population let alone a leader”
…………………………………………….
I can’t imagine it at all June! In fact - when you look at the way even Turkey behaves towards its own flesh and blood disabled and learning difficulties children in the orphanges - it’s impossible to understand anything at all about Islam these days.
Salman is sat next to Eddie and Keela and nodding in agreement.

Oh My. That is one scary image of dear Gordon. But then he always scares me when he smiles, he just can’t carry a smile off.
Also I saw a pic last week of Tony Hancock and thought it was Gordon. Are they related? is there something we should know?
