FOX network accidentally shows penis live on air

What happens in the locker room, stays in the locker room - it’s the first code of professional sport. Unless a TV camera belonging to the ultra-conservative FOX network somehow gets in there and - ooh, just an example - captures a stray penis.

Which is what happened after the Minnesota Vikings defeated the winless Detroit Lions at the weekend, in the NFL. The exposed penis in question belongs to Vikings tight-end (yes, it’s a real position and a euphemism) Visanthe Shaincoe.

For their part, red-faced FOX aplogised for the slip.

“It was an obvious oversight on our part, and we apologize,” said Dan Bell, the vice president of communications for Fox.
