Viagra can improve your football skills
A doctor for a Brazilian football team has claimed that Viagra can improve your performance - your football performance, to clarify - at high altitudes.
Alarico Endres, the doctor for Gremio, says he’ll prescribe the little blue pill to the club’s players for games in the Copa Libertadores, in particular when matches are played above 2,500 metres in Bolivia.
“Viagra increases and improves the blood circulation,” Endres explains.
“It therefore can improve the performances of players at high altitude.
“I had this illumination by reading a magazine, which wasn’t a medical one: so we decided to elaborate this topic with a scientific test, and now we shall also give an indication to the technical commission.”
The phrase ‘Up for the Cup’ suddenly takes on new meaning.
