I can honestly say, I live in Alice, Texas and I had no idea there was a Jesus pole up until a few days ago. I can also say (as a youth myself) the majority of the youth laugh about it and a friend of mine is planning on making a youtube parody of it.

You have to work at it, Mrs T; a couple of glasses of wine is not going to get you into genuine vision mode.

On the other hand, a trip to Lourdes can be expensive; a compromise would be drinking a whole bottle of wine.

That way tomorrow morning you will be able to clutch your head and murmur ‘Oh God, oh God’ with real sincerity…

I think have it as Jesus on Sundays High days and holidays, but on 23rdApril especially designate Will the floor.
You could maybe then be up for Poet laureate, I know it doesn’t pay much and you have to write a sodding poem annually, but you’ll get lots of invites

My mate once painted ‘that’ iconic image of Che Guevara on the door of his mini.

It was dire, and looked like some random beardy bloke; loads of people gave him shit for having ‘got religion’.

It got painted over soon afterwards.
