Police Shoot 72-Year-Old Grandma For Screaming

IN Texas, a traffic officer pulls over a speeding motorist. She refuses to be handcuffed. So the copper shoots her.

The Mirror’s John Clemens says:

Though she was unarmed and hardly violent, the grandmother got the kind of treatment British cops reserve for axe-wielding maniacs - 50,000 volts from a taser.

Travis County cops have defended the officer saying he warned her five times… you can decide for yourself if you think his safety was threatened by the septugenerian lady….

We’d like to say that the Texas police might be heavy handed, but they offer an equal opportunities brutality system, making no allowances for age nor sex.
