Dundee Woman Accused Of Ripping Out Lover’s Testes With Her Bare Hands
HELEN Hodge, described in court as “jealous” allegedly ripped out her boyfriend Billy Duncan’s testes with her bare hands. Mr Duncan is the father to her young child.
The incident is said to have occurred at Mr Duncan’s flat, as the man was celebrating Dundee’s victory over Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the Challenge Cup final. A source tells us:
“Helen started accusing him of carrying on with other women. He just wanted to sleep though so she started hitting him around the head and face. He told her to quit it and demanded she get out the flat.”

Man’s Face Pinned By Pitchfork To A Car Seat
IN China, Kong Xie is pinned to his seat by a pitchfork which has pierced his face.
The reports say that the fork had been “hurled by mistake” by a market worker at farmer’s market in Suzhou, eastern China, who was “aiming for some hay bales”.
That’s his story and he is sticking to it. Meanwhile, Mr Xie is stuck to his seat. The good news is that Mr Xie was rescued and suffered no ill effects. The fork missed his brain and eyes.

Dietmar The German Stork Has A Wooden Leg
DIETMAR is the world’s first stork to feature a wooden leg.
Dietmar Stork lost his leg in a collision with a slow moving power cable. He was taken to a bird sanctuary in Saxony, Germany, and fitted with a £1,000 prosthetic limb. A worker there tells us:
“He gets on very well in the sanctuary with his new leg but he can’t live in the wild any more so he’s here with us for the rest of his days.”

Swiss Man Escapes To Europe On Electronic Wing
YVES Rossy, aka the Swiss ‘Jetman’, has failed in his mission to fly solo across the Strait of Gibraltar using a single jet-propelled wing.
Africans looking for a better life in Europe will have to stick to the tried and tested method of trying themselves to empty petrol cans and hoping for a favourable current.
In 2008, Rossy, crossed the channel. The preferred method is to make the crossing in the back of a truck labelled “Cleaning Equipment”. But Rossy did it by air.

Bolivian Police Release Video Of World’s Worst Photo-Fit Killers’ Capture
BOLIVIAN police have used the photofits of Maxine Carr and former Arsenal and Crystal Palace wing wizard Eddie McGoldrick to capture two suspects after accused of killing Rafael Vargas, a taxi driver from the city of Santa Cruz.
A witness created this sketch of a man she said killed Vargas and set fire to the corpse. The likeness to both men was uncanny. This from our South American news man:

In Pictures: Coma Victim Rom Houben’s Life
ROM Houben lay in a hospital for 23 years. People thought he was in a coma after a car accident in 1983. Three years ago Doctor Steven Laureys discovered Rom was not in a coma and was in fact conscious.
Mr Houben is now writing his memoirs with the aid of an electronic keyboard:
“I screamed, but there was nothing to hear. I dreamed myself away. All that time I just literally dreamed of a better life. Frustration is too small a word to describe what I felt.”

Her Majesty The Queen Wears T-Shirt On Offical Christmas Card
CATHERINE Masters is 110. For the past 10 birthdays he has received a card from the Queen. And each time the picture on the card is of her Majesty wearing the same yellow dress.
Masters, of Stanford-in-the-vale, wrote to the Queen to complain. Prince William popped over to apologise and say that Her Majesty only has one outfit and that the card can only really change when granny dies.
Would Her Majesty be forced to pick up a large red crayon and redesign her outfit? At the eleventh hour, our Queen was able to borrow a dress as worn by her late mother, and having posed for a photo she stuck it to the card with her own spittle.

KAREN Hollander has sued the US Department of Education for injuries sustained in slipping on a condom left outside a Manhattan high school.

Christmas Turkey Assaults Woman
YOU know Christmas is coming when you read of the Dorchester man arrested for assault and battery with a frozen turkey.
Mark Woodward is alleged to have bashed his lover with the frozen bird. It is said he did this to prevent her from speaking to her mother on the phone for too long.
The Boston Police Department report says the frozen bird was thrown and hit the lover on her hip.

Swedish Sisters Sue Funeral Company For Dropping Father Into Grave Too Fast
HOW do you want to be buried: fast or slow? In Sweden, two sisters say they father’s coffin was dropped into the earth too fast. The sisters claim dad was almost dropped by two drunk undertakers.
We join the scene. The undertakers carry dad aloft. They approach the grave with a reel. They lose their grip. The coffin falls. It lands on the ground on its side.
Says the sisters’ lawyer:
“Both daughters were in shock and ran away in tears from the cemetery. They didn’t dare to look in the grave as they were convinced the coffin had opened and their dead father had fallen out.”

Oxford Man Parks By Downing Street And Has Car Blown Up
MEET Oxford shop owner Michael Raphel, who parked his car in a London street and returned to find it had been blown up by the police.
Mr Raphel parked his red Honda Civic Type R on Horse Guard Avenue - close to Downing Street - having dropping two passengers at Embankment, by the River Thames. A Remembrance Sunday Parade was due to start.
He had parked on double yellow lines.
