Very good to read that an approved centre has been used by the McCann family lawyers to check DNA and find no evidence of Madeleine in the car. Kate has been very wise to be checked out for drugs and to have the twins checked. They now have proof that the malicious rumour mongers are exactly that. Malicious, and very twisted.

Panorama sid that the retired policeman’s allegations re “swingers ” was NOT based on evidence. It was disgusting MISCHIEF. Does Jane only hear what she wahts to hear so that she can be indignant without just cause?

I agree with Jane. There is evidence against the McCanns. You do not leave 3 children alone and go out for dinner even if you go into the hotel complex. Also I hear in Panorama that there are sex swingers. That means no morality at all. And with no morality you can expect anything from these kind of persons. To cover up the death of their child and continue to act as in a theater. Mrs McCann has not shed a tear!!! They are two cold people like cucumbers. The only thing I have to say is: Poor little Madeleine.

I fully agree with Jane. There is too much evidence against the McCanns. I really feel sorry for little Madeleine. I followed her story since the beginning and I cannot understand how on earth parents leave 3 children alone in a room and go out to dinner even if they had dinner inside the hotel complex!! I also heard in Panorama that they are sex swingers. This means that they lack morality and from persons with no morality we can expect anything, even to cover up the death of their own child.

“Too much EVIDENCE against the McCann’s” is exactly what there is NOT. There is too much malicious gossip and speculation, especially from Amaral of PJ fame dining out on it, with journalists listening. Then there was the retired Portuguese policeman being completely disgraceful on Portuguese TV two days after Madeleine went missing starting off a WITHOUT EVIDENCE smear campaign. The list is endless. Judges of body language do not provide proof of anything. Looking for Madeleine should still be the most important concern of everyone with an ounce of compassion

When the McCanns hired the suspect car, does anyone know if they were given any ‘tip offs’ or advice on where to go to hire it or what sort of car to hire? I do definitely suspect that the abductor is linked to or part of the tapas 9 group. Having 3 young children and a 3 year old myself, I cannot see how the McCanns are guilty of anything more than just having a ‘peaceful’ meal and send them my best wishes and hope and pray all ends well.

Maddie’s parents left their children alone everynight to go to the Tapas bar!!! This is truly irresponsible and set up a pattern for the abductors.

One other of the wall comment: no one has addressed body language ! For example, based on body language studies Gerry was lying when asked if they ever sedated their children. Liars often touch their face - example: pulling ears, rubbing nose.

Also if the McCann’s are part of a cover up it probably started with Gerry — he was the one hovering around his apartment before Kate found Maddie missing.

BUT no one really knows what happened and if this is a typical abduction poor Maddie ended up with a paedophile and was murdered within days of being abducted. And if she is buried in the paedophile’s backyard no one will find her until he is caught.

There is nothing contradictory in Jane Tanners statement. Did you nodd off?

She quantified it by saying that most Brits on hols would be wearing 3/4 length trousers and T shirts. She was wearing a sweater - she was cold - so what. What was unusual was the fact this person was overly dressed - therefore she noticed him and, most likely a local - why - because he was overly dressed.

During the Panorama documentary JT thought it odd that bundleman appeared overly dressed
for a sun-drenched holiday resort. She then contradicts herself, mentioning how cold it was that night and the fact that she was wearing a jumper herself because it was so cold.
I actually cringed on hearing this and vaguely detected that she may have done also, after realising what she had just said!

Also the noise Kate made when talking about the “predator” making his move troubled me somewhat.

I’m not sure how to interpret this, so I’ll leave it to you lot to make sense of it.

Havng watched the Panorama documentary on the case last night, the tapas bar is
defnitely NOT like eating in your back garden’ as Gerry McCann kept saying, at least in earlier interviews. In fact they seem to have a soundbite for every question its always ‘lovely’ Madeleine etc. etc. The Mcanns are just far too polished to ring true.

Portugese people say that the Mcann familly are getting preferencial treatment over their dreadful situation because child disappearances are commonplace. What I woul say to that is this - They (Portugal) should not be part of the EU until this unacceptable acceptance of child disregard is addressed. These parents should not haved left their children, but at some time all parents do this sort of thing,BUT they have paid for their mistake over the past few months…….How could anyone subjected to the publicity they have STILL CARRY ON IF THEY WERE GUILTY one or both would have broken down before now and why engage top solicitor/QC to follow their case…they are risking their home, family life with relatives etc………….and also Kate has a father who has been seriously ill and if she is guilty then I feel she is risking her own fathers life too he does not look as though he could stand such a shock……..they have suffered long enough…I personally was against them for leaving their children as I waited ten years for my two girls having lost eight babies at different levels so I do not make this decision lightly………….Have some compassion!!!

I thnk there is too much evidence against the McCanns for us not to suspect sedation annd accidental death, followed by a cover-up and possible help from a third party or parties to dispose of the body. We were all horrified that these 3 small children were left alone and that’s where the first questionmark about their character emerged.

Have the MaCanns been driving a hire car that was previously used by the person who abducted little Maddie? This would account for the DND found in the boot.
Who was driving the car at the time of Maddie`s abduction?
