Suri Cruise Is Rosemary’s Baby - Tom Cruise: An Unauthorised Biography

tom-cruise-contract Suri Cruise Is Rosemarys Baby - Tom Cruise: An Unauthorised BiographyREPORTS the Mail: “Tom Cruise has become the de-facto second in command of the Church of Scientology, according to a new biography - which makes an extraordinary attack on the star by comparing his 20-month-old daughter Suri to the Devil’s child in the film Rosemary’s Baby.”

Cruise’s lawyer Bert Fields criticises a passage in which Andrew Morton (Diana: Her True Story) claims some “fanatical” Scientologists believe Suri Cruise is the product of a sperm donation by Scientology’s dead founder, L. Ron Hubbard.

Which would, if the Rosemary’s Baby claim is true, make Hubbard the Devil.

Morton writes that Katie Holmes may feel she was in “the horror movie Rosemary’s Baby, in which an unsuspecting young woman is impregnated with the Devil’s child”.

Says Mr Fields: “It’s not being published in England. The American publishers criticised the libel laws in Britain because they require an author to tell the truth. Well, thank God for the British libel laws.”

katieposh.jpgFor his part, Cruise denies each of the claims, “and Scientology lawyers are believed to be drawing up a lawsuit seeking £50million in compensation from Morton’s publishers.”

Notes the Mail: “Morton says Cruise’s current mission is to recruit David and Victoria Beckham.”

Although, our money is on the Beckhams recruiting Holmes and Cruise to their own brand of worship…

    Rosemary’s Baby?

If that’s what Andrew Morton is reduced to the book must be crap.

  2. 2 Jeanette Says:

For God’s sake - this man must be demented to pick on a 20 month old child!!!
How ridiculous is Andrew Morton. He should call his book one of fiction and not an biography, esp as he did not interview Tom or Kate’s family, not Mimi rogers or Nicole Kidman or Penelope Cruise, Sofia, Will Smith, Steven Spielberg, Beckhams, J-Lo, Brooke Shields or any of Tom’s close friends.
Anyone can make up stories of smeone esp of celebrities as most of them have a basis history of their lives in print, available to anybody.

Andrew Morton twisted a lot of stories about Diana too, God bless her.

  3. 3 Anonymous Says:

    Not possible!

  4. 4 daphne gould Says:

    interesting.

if you strip away all the sensationalizing, the ugly ‘purple’ prose- and simply look at the question of whether Tom Cruise’s child is a result of artificial insemination- not a far-fetched practise, in this day and age- it’s an interesting, and believable, possibility. (after all, why did Cruise and Kidman, married for a decade and apparently both young and healthy, choose to adopt children? rather than have their own biological children-)

I can also see a believable argument that Scientology plays a larger part in Cruise’s life than we will ever understand/know- and may, indeed, have been instrumental in keeping Kidman ‘quiet’ after her divorce from Cruise- under threat of a severed ties with her children.

I repeat, though, one would have to strip away Morton’s lurid way of presenting these 2 possibilities–

(also, personally, I don’t believe Kidman would have spoken out against anyone or anything, even without ‘blackmail’: she has always conducted herself as a ‘lady.’)

    again.. interesting.
however- I doubt the public will ever know the truth.

  5. 5 Peter Naylor Says:

There’s seems to be something a bit funny about this book on Tom Cruise

If you read this story above, Tom Cruise’s lawyer thanks British libel laws. I assume then the book will not be published in England. If the author cannot publish the book becuase his own lawyers say it’s not true, then as far as I’m concerned it musn’t be true. what’s the world coming to when you can publish a story even your own publishes don’t believe

  6. 6 Lu Says:

This Morton guy must have gone crazy or something to invent those stories about Tom. I hope he will be sued into bankruptcy. He’s just a leech living off other’s fame. First he sucked out Princess Diana now it’s Tom and Katie. The book is not being published in Britain because their libel laws require that truth be published. The US has not so good libel law but others, for example clearcut lies like the ones you list out here can be compensated with hundreds of millions of damages to be paid.

  7. 7 Tom Cruise Says:

Morton would be nuts to take on this cult of freaks unless he was 100% sure of his facts. Remember they try to destroy anyone who opposes them

  8. 8 Chuck Beatty Says:

The Hubbard sperm rumor is false. Scientology founder Hubbard’s science fiction theology says we are spirits that reincarnate! Per Scientology theology, when Hubbard died in 1986 he whooshed out of his dead body, like a ghost, and Hubbard went hunting for a new body, and then reinhabited a soon to be born baby’s body in some hapless mother’s womb. This was way back in 1986, way before Suri was born. Sperm/DNA transmission of people’s essence isn’t Scientology theology, and Hubbard’s sperm wasn’t kept! Morton’s fact checkers didn’t do their homework on this rumor! (NOTE TO THE UNDER-EDUCATED: The belief in whooshing from body to body lifetime after lifetime has NEVER been convincingly demonstrated in all of human history.) Chuck Beatty, ex Scientologist (1975-2003), Pittsburgh, USA, 412-260-1170, call me anytime.

  9. 9 Karen Says:

I would never judge Scientologists, I own Doreen Virtue CDs.

    Atlantis does exist!

  10. 10 lyn Says:

Scientology sounds a screwed up religion. Poor Nicole went through some sort of “talk” and now that elder is to spill the beans on her. Must be a lot we don’t know about. Nicole is a lady and she will never talk. She can, however, get her lawyers on the job. Do hope she is having a baby, as this will be most lovely for her and Keith Urban. Nothing is impossible in that religion. But, to use sperm from 1986, it would have gone off by now as the technology was not as advanced as it is now.

  11. 11 Chris Says:

Anyone who believes that “baby suri” is Tom and Katie’s child is in desperate need of a reality check. Anyone who has ever seen a real women who is with child would know that the pictures of Katie “pregnant’ are so laughable it’s absurd. The truth will come out about Tom Cruise one day….perhaps when David Geffen passes and his personal papers are then released…..but then that’s another story isn’t it. Be assured that Scientology is nothing more then a cult that strives to suck the soul as well as every penny out of it’s followers. Unfortunatly Katie is nothing more then a pawn in the lie of Scientology.

  12. 12 Deeyanna Says:

Scientology is absurd and chillingly real. I wouldn’t enter that world for any amount of money or fame. Victim’s are trapped inside a world they cannot escape from without serious consequences. Reality becomes skewed for the people who become involved with their teachings. Those who try to defect are severely punished. I feel sorry in a way for Tom Cruise and his family. They have been made to be the cult’s outward symbol of wholesomeness to the world of wogs (non-believers). May God bless them and release them from this insane cult.
