Daily Express Supports Romany Gypsies

caravan Daily Express Supports Romany GypsiesTHE Daily Express’s almost daily focus on the lives of gypsies has turned readers on to the wandering lifestyle.

Today the Express offers its readers the chance to win a Campervan.

The mobile home is worth £32,995 (on the road, on the ferry and on a patch of land by the A31). It features the last word in Romany chic.

The prize comes with four wheels, those much sought-after British number plates and a handy phrase book for connecting with your inner Rogarian, and conversing with other Express readers.

Phrases like: “Why do they stare?”, “Richard Desmond, he very nice man, please, my daughter need job on Television X to buy nappies for grandmother” and “We eat blonde children” will be yours to conjure with.

Only in the caring Daily Express…

  1. 1 André Says:

Do you have a dyslexic illegal immigrant typing this or is it all your own work?

    Daily Epress
    Withcraft
    Steralise

    And that’s just the headlines…

    M and A

    Yes

  2. 2 Hal McCorrie Says:

Would you make the same inane comments about Jews as you do about Roma?
    Actually you probably would.
    Hal

  3. 3 the watcher Says:

rags like the express are close to the sort of xenophobic propaganda the nazi party used in its infancy.
my girlfriend is bulgarian so i know a lot about her country and its culture.
i am ashamed of this country .
    we are racists
    stupid ignorent racists

  4. 4 Mic Says:

Trouble is, watcher; it isn’t just the Daily Excess that pushes such xenophobic shite.

You say that we’re a nation of racists; but most of the proles only churn out what they’ve read ‘in the paper’. So it must be true, mustn’t it? After all it said so in The Daily Mail, and that’s a respectable paper…not like The Sun.

I despair of the way that the masses are manipulated by the media. Just consider some advertising phrases “Everybody’s talking about XXX!” No they’re bloody not! Those with a vested interest may be talking about XXX, but ‘everybody’ certainly isn’t.

Just don’t get me started on peurile shite like Big Brother, X-factor, I’m a nonentity get me on television, or any of the other brainfood for the brainless that graces our screens!

    Rant ends.

  5. 5 Veshengro Says:

Your are so right Hal… they would not dare to say the same things about Jews, or Muslims, or Afro-Caribbeans, etc. as they do about the Romani People.

Just one thing, Hal, not all Romani are Roma. Those Romani in the UK, e.g. the majority who are Romanichal, the few Roma are immigrants since the late 20th century, are NOT Roma. While the Romanichal are of the Romani People the Roma are but one of the groups of the People.

This by way of a little information to all.

As to the Caily Express and the rest of the British gutter press… in the same vein as the Bild Zeitung in Germany… they all would be, no doubt, the first that would support the like of Herr Hitler and his ilk coming to power in the UK.

    /rant off

Do you read the Daily Express? Do you get irony?

  7. 7 Anorak Says:

And yes - we are all immigrants here…
