THE SUN: “Fritzl-STEIN”
CELLAR monster Josef Fritzl was branded “Dr Frankenstein” last night as psychiatrists began tests to determine whether he is mad.
Dr Frankenstein, the Swiss Germanic character conjured by the mind of an English novelist?
Top psychiatrist Dr Christian Ludke rejected that claim, saying: “The criminal energy of this man is unbelievable. He is ice-cold and is still playing power games. We can only separate him from society.”
Dr Ludke compared Fritzl to the fictional Dr Frankenstein, who created a monster he thought he could control.
The shrink said: “Fritzl enjoyed being master of life and death. He enjoyed his fantasy of having all the power, he was like Dr Frankenstein.”
Nazis:
Dr Ludke also rubbished Fritzl’s claims that his actions were caused by his strict upbringing during Nazi rule. The doc said: “He just wants to protect himself and blame someone else.”

Frankenstein simply created a man (who turned out to be a monster) out of dead body parts. Fritzl is a violent, deviant predator who takes great pleasure is destroying physically and emotionally live human beings for his instant gratification. Frankenstein at least had a medical pursuit, however shocking…Fritzl is an evil subhuman who consciously preys on children who cannot defend themselves. Not even in the same ball park. And neither is insane.

Insane Justice
I totally agree BUT he will play insanity..although I heard his lawyer has received nasty threats messages
One should be as “crazy” as that amount of rubbish Fritzl is,to even consider “defending” him

The justice system requires that every human being (even subhumans like Fritzl) be represented. So some lawyer must do it. Unless he simply pleads guilty and asks for mercy, “insanity” is probably his only option. In the US, insanity requires the defendant show that he does not know what he did was wrong. Fritzl has already admitted he did know what he was doing was wrong. That’s why his attorney said he’s already talked too much…

A much closer comparison to Fritzl would be Jeffrey Dahmer, not Frankenstein…

i totally agree with INSANE JUSTICE… it’s both unfair to Frankenstein and totally and utterly unfair to the victims to compare Fritzl to Frankenstein — his sin is far far greater.

No need for witness to stand during the trial watever this bugger did was visible enough and prove it by himself, I suppose the only punishment to be given to him was to gang bang him every 6 months for over a period of 24 years and be given tablets or injections so he can also bear 7 children.
That would be the right sentence.

Fritzl crime may well be the most extreme evil the world has experienced… Most guards of the Nazi concentration camps were Austrians. Is it surprise than that some of them have continued to build and manage their private camps?

Fritzl is a serial rapist and possibly a serial killer. He is a control freak who likes to dominate others. The complete picture of his horrors has yet to be discovered. Frankenstein was created by a mad scientist, Fritzl was created by evil forces. Hopefully, he will be punished to the full extent (and hopefully beyond) of Austrian law.
