So what is your point? Granted you are the font of all knowledge even to the point you can arrogantly put down a Justice over there, so what are you saying in all your wisdom? You think you know better than Lacy, and the Federal Judge (one of ours) who said in 2003 all evidence pointed to an intruder and Lacy at that point agreed and never gave up on the case to exonerate the Ramseys. Want to take on our Judges with all your infinite wisdom, disgraceful enough what you said about one of the UK’s, now make a go at ours!
------------------------

The point, Cheryl, is that Lacy claims that the presence of the DNA of an unidentified person proves that the unidentified person was responsible for the death of Jonbenet Ramsey.

As do you.

It doesn't.

Anyone who claims that is does, is, by definition, incompetent.

Admittedly the DA had already demonstrated that by her last attempt at the case, but since you also are claiming that this proves that the unidentified person murdered JonBenet Ramsey, I am merely pointing out that it is nonsense.

You are, of course, entitled to talk nonsense to your heart's content. You are not entitled to expect other people not to point out that it is nonsense.

As for your comments about Federal Judges, you seem to be remarkably selective about which Federal Judges you think I should pay attention to.

Whilst a Federal Judge is reported as saying in 2003 that almost all –not all, as you claim-the evidence pointed to an intruder, another Federal Judge, Phil Figa in January 2005 dismissed the libel lawsuit filed against the Fox network and reporter Carol McKinley by John and Patsy Ramsey and their son Burke, saying:

"But they have a better chance for meaningful vindication in the court of public opinion through vigorous debate about the background and details of this heinous crime than by suing those whose reporting may arguably include some less than favorable references about them,".

I am happy to follow Federal Judge Phil Giga’s call to vigorous debate. It is you who are not...

I fear that following the DA’s previous embarrassment on this case she is unlikely to be greeted with much in the way of confidence; the more serious media really don’t want to be embarrassed all over again.

The more serious media are also aware that in the Brooke Bennett case:

‘Prosecutors have also accused Jacques of planting evidence in an effort to misdirect the police investigation into Bennett’s disappearance. Torn underwear, a shoe and other items of clothing discovered near Route 65 in Brookfield had been placed there by Jacques, police say.

At least one of the items was stained with the semen of a juvenile boy. But authorities say Jacques instructed his juvenile accomplice to obtain the DNA evidence during a sexual encounter sometime before Bennett disappeared. Jacques then contaminated Bennett’s clothing with the sample, authorities say, to deflect police attention directed toward him.’

That’s the trouble with villains, they do villainous things…

___________
That was in the news last week, Chenier! That is nothing new to police for people who commit murders and other crimes to attempt to cover it up by planting other evidence, or destroying best they can evidence they may have left behind. Rapists have been known to use condoms so no semen is left in the victim to be traced to them thru DNA.

I’m glad that you pointed out to Cheryl about the Ramsey job. I didn’t want to upset her because she seems really sweet.

____________
Coco, may I suggest kindly that in between your fantasies of shagging ex-presidents and ex-government officials and playing with your imaginery dolls you read the news from time to time? I've attached some new links on here re the Ramsey case even from the early 2002 and 2003 when people had to pay off to them in law suits.

I think your exoneration of the Ramseys is a bit premature.

__________
Here is a link to where the law suit was settled in the early 2002.

Frankly, it was quite interesting for an hour or so last researching all the law suits that came down on others who wrote they were guilty even in early 2000's. I loved it!

________
For years even Lacy has been saying they were not guilty. But you get those hard assed police who are and were determined they were guilty and frankly will never admit they were wrong. I'm attaching a link on here that reports on a court case involving them in 2003 where even the Judge says they were not guilty and Lacy agreed.

However, some people will always say one of the them took their daughter's life - never ceases to amaze me there are people out there who thrive on thinking the worst in people even when proven wrong. I'll post another link to a lawsuit that was settled over a book that was written by a Detective and another author for $80 million in which they said the Ramsey's killed their daughter.

Thanks all

I only need a box, and I'm looking at one with a dedicated graphics card and as much memory as i can afford, not to bothered about hard disc size. Anything else I should be looking for???

Nosey

I would recommend Dell also

I use a couple of laptops. The one provided by work is a Dell. Has been really, really reliable and has the longest battery life of any laptop I've used so far.
