    Shouldn’t be jailed, 10 years Community Service would be much more effective, accordingto the Torygraph they may have a £1m secreted away somewhere.

    Their assets are known and have been frozen. The insurance company can get them back. They have the flat in Panama and a plot of land for a Cannoing centre which will be difficult to squirrel
