Councillor Can’t See The CCTV For The Trees
COUNCILLOR Albert Richardson claims surveillance cameras near his home on Ribbleton Avenue can “monitor visitors to his house and are invading neighbours’ privacy”.
So says the Lancashire Evening Post.
Someone should have told Counc. Richards that invading privacy is what camera do. And yes this is Councillor Richards who in April 2007 said of CCTV cameras: “I live right in the middle of St Matthew’s ward so I welcome this.”

I think that all councillors and MPs should be under constant surveillance. They are in charge of public funds.
