It’s always good to see the Grauniad displaying its remarkable insights into the financial markets.
Presumably it didn’t occur to them that if the banks wouldn’t lend to each other, it might be unwise to lend to the banks.
Those of us who adopted Saul’s Biscuit Tin Strategy will sleep more easily tonight…
