Accused Says Drugs Not Cocaine But Something To Help His Erection
MAREK Cernay tells the High Court that the powder he bought is not cocaine but a drug to improve his sexual stamina.
Cernay, a Slovakian national, says he paid £25 for four bags of drugs – worth £6,000 -after telling a man at a Tesco’s supermarket in Coleraine, Co Londonderry, that he had trouble maintaining an erection.
“That male then produces these four bags of powder which are worth £6,000 and sells them to him for £25,” the prosecuting lawyer added.
According to police statements, Cernay told officers: “I have them for hard on.”
