ISHAQ Kanmi, 23, of Cromwell Street, Blackburn, Lancashire, does plead guilty at Manchester Crown Court to using online chatrooms to post terrorist messages. Yeah, they’re not all paedos on web chatrooms. Phew!

Kanmi claimed to be a member of La-Qaeda. He also wanted people to kill Gordon Brown and Tony Blair, neither of whom can be offed by conventional democracy.

And from where did Mr Kanmi plan World War III? Why, in that bastion of security that is Blackburn central library. Chances are that he made the threats in very big print.
