Albuquerque jogger wanted for malicious faecal distribution

WHO is the female jogger pooing next to a man’s home in Albuquerque?  The man says he has captured the woman “multiple times” defecating next to his home on a morning jog.

He has given the pooing a name:

“This is malicious faecal distribution.”
