Madonna has to point out irony of calling Obama a ‘black Muslim’
IT is a sorry state of affairs when people have to point out when they’re using irony. And Madonna, a notorious sarcastic ol’ thing, has had to do exactly that after everyone got jumpy about her calling Barack Obama a “black Muslim” during a show in Washington
A video shows Madge saying: “Now, it’s so amazing and incredible to think that we have an African-American in the White House … we have a black Muslim in the White House … it means there is hope in this country, and Obama is fighting for gay rights, so support the man!”

ONE thing you cannot escape noticing is that Islamists love scarecrows. Wherever and whenever an anti-American protest breaks out some gurning loon will be there with an effigy of the US President he wants to set on fire. It isn’t Santa Claus’s Christmas, Halloween or Mother’s Day the US should have exported round the globe – it’s Bonfire Night, that British custom of spending every November 5th in the company of a stuffed, militant religionist (in this case the Catholic Guy Fawkes) with a rocket up his arse. If you want to show the jihadis that they are not the enemy, give them a hot jacket potato, a sparkler and invite them to bring an effigy to burn on the Bonfire. Recently, the Bonfire Nighters have been focusing on Barack Obama. Here are some of the best scarecrows/ effigies / Guys so far:

Nicki Minaj is voting for Mitt Romney, which he’ll be pleased about
TO paraphrase, the Republican Party aren’t racist, but they are number one with racists. They don’t make many non-Christian white people happy. Over the years, the Republicans have been accused of acting too slowly when a lot of black people are in trouble, started wars with a lot of brown nations and, in more recent years, they’ve spread their target to include rape victims too.
Of course, big cheese Republican Romney nodded and winked at Obama, cooing about no-one needing to his birth-certificate, which sees him as a birther at best (a racist at worst). Obviously, Romney is less keen to mention the fact his family illegally entered America after running away from Mexico, but that’s another story.

Isaac Aguigui: the Republican Convention soldier who plotted to murder Obama
WHAT do we know about Isaac Aguigui, a US Army private accused of plotting to murder Barack Obama? He would then “take over” Ft. Stewart in Georgia.
His group is alleged to have numbered Sgt. Anthony Peden, Pvt. Christopher Salmon, Pfc. Michael Burnet. Also under arrest for murder is Salmon’s wife, Heather Salmon.
Aguigui worked as a page at the 2008 Republican National Convention in Minnesota. He was arrested for the alleged murder of Pvt. Michael Roark who he, reportedly, thought would ruin the plan.
Prosecutors say Roark, 19, served with the four defendants in the 4th Brigade Combat Team of the Army’s 3rd Infantry Division and became involved with the militia.

That Chicago monument to Barack Obama and Michelle’s first kiss
AMERICA loves a landmark. So. Off we go to see the 3,000-pound granite marker sits at the corner of Dorchester and 53rd Streets where President Barack Obama first kissed first lady Michele Obama. (First person to send in a photo of a dog showing its appreciation of this moment in American history, let us know.)
It makes us wonder what else we don’t know about Barack Obama. Well, fittingly, the kissing stone is sited near a branch of Subway, it being a fact that Obama’s favourite thing to eat is bread – see his anecdote about a chewing gum sandwich he made when he was 22.
