Burqa Bandit Raids Bury Jewelers: Multi-Racial Gang Escapes
THE figure in the burqa at the Jadee Jewellers store in Rochdale Road, Bury, is a man wielding a machete. The man who let him into the shop, believing the figure to be a woman looking for fancy objects, is swinging a hockey stick.
Two other men the Burqa Bandit has let in to the store are clutching a silver metal hammer and a baseball bat, respectively.
The gang smash glass and steal whatever they can lay their hands on.
But what did they look like?
