Dead Women Returns To Lift In Divine Miscommunication

WHEN Lydie Paillard was pronounced “very certainly clinically dead” at the Bordeaux Rive Droite private hospital, there was much anguish and pain. But her sons refused to turn off her life-support system.

She was transferred to the town’s university hospital. And it there she retuned to life. Says Yves Noel, of the first hospital:

“It’s a kind of miracle.”

Or a misdiagnosis? If a doctor can’t tell if a body is dead or alive you might suppose he was at fault.
