School Fire God Mascot Charged With Arson

JAMES Schaffer, 20, is the Pennsylvania college student dressed as Vulcan, the mythical god of fire, for the California University of Pennsylvania homecoming parade. That’s him setting a  float on fire.

A spokeswoman for the university said the student is undergoing an evaluation at a “medical facility.”

Larry Slinkenstein, who plays Neptune, is not available for comment…
