Good Housekeeping Magazine’s Top Ten Vibrators

good_housekeeping-vibratorGOOD Housekeeping responds to the challenges of the new media by inviting volunteers to test vibrators.

It was only in 2003 that the magazine, founded in 1922, published its first sexual content, an article on sex aids and web porn.

Every generation likes to think they invented sex. But this is not about sex; this is about a changing media landscape in which once trusted brands are forced to woo newer, younger, bigger-spending readers with web-friendly stories of sex and celebrity.

Good Housekeeping is more desperate than any of its vibrator testers. But too much sex risks alienating its older print readers, so look out for web-only articles on which apron pocket suits which dildo best and getting lubricant stains out of Egyptian cotton sheets.
