Hallmark Tells Graduates To Beware Of ‘Black Whores’
THE Los Angeles NAACP reserve the right to be offended by hallmark card characters Hoops and Yoyo saluting “black whores“. (Don Imus is writing cards?)
Says Leon Jenkins of the Los Angeles NAACP:
“That was very demeaning to African-American women when it made reference to African-American women as whores, and at the end it says ‘watch your back.'”
Open the card that talks about space, the graduate taking over the universe and what it says is:
“And you black holes, you are so ominous. Watch your back.”
