JUSTIN Bieber plays the Capital Radio Summertime Ball and having danced with Usher and will.i.am on stage (look out for the young Bieber’s Pull Ups chaffing) – and looked not a lot unlike the product of a mating between a young Jane Fonda and Jimmy Osmond – Bieber pulled a fan from the crowd. She swooned. (She sat on a stool and was still bigger than Justin.) Bieber crooned. The sun set. The girls panted. Bieber’s helmet of hair caught the fading light. He then made the sign of the Devil.
