It’s OK To Rape A Woman In Somalia So Long As You Don’t Shake Her Hand
TO Somalia, where the Islamist group al-Shabab has banned men from shaking hands with women – and women from shaking hands with men.
The proscribed move is not to shake their breasts. Nor is to rape the woman and then have her stoned to death.
In the southern town of Jowhar, any man is forbidden from talking or walking with woman to whom he is not related. Anyone not obeying the law will be publicly flogging.
Or maybe an enforced marriage to the man who looked at you funny.
