JULIAN Assange, listen up. Sweden’s sex scene is a complex place. Hudiksvalls Tidning newspaper reports of a woman in eastern Sweden. She is asleep. Next to her lies her boyfriend. When she wakes she finds a second man lying next to her. He is licking her arm. The stranger tongue is “pressed against the inside of her elbow”.

Julian Assange: Is Wikileaks Blackmailing Bank Of America?

IT turns out that once more Julian Assangve, of Wikileaks, is not all that fond of openness. The Times leads with news that Assange is upset with Nick Davies, the Guardian reporter, who published details of Assange’s allegedly terrible sex with one of the two Swedish women who claims he sexually abused them. The choicest cut of this is that Assange accuses Davies of – get his – “selectively publishing” the more interesting parts. Yep, he accuses Davies of journalism.

Indeed, readers. This is the same Assange who tells us that he has enough material to, as the Times says, “destroy the bosses of one of the world’s biggest banks”. But he won’t tell us know. He prefers to sit on the information until such a time as it suits him.

EastEnders Cast Come Out In Support Of Julian Assange: Wikileaks TV

JULIAN Assange is a hero of EastEnders, that slice of life BBC soap opera. A reader writes that it was great to see Jane Beale, Ian Beale’s long-suffering wife, lending her support to the Wikileaks’s founder’s cause in the face of an alleged rape. (If you have been affected by the issues raised in this story, then please seek urgent medial help from your primary carer…)

Julian Assange: The Screw Fan Club And Martin Luther King’s ‘Date Rape’

JULIAN Assange, of Wikileaks, is shocked and dismayed that US soldiers have been sending him death threats. Is Julian surprised to discover that not everyone admires him? You’d forgive him for believing it. He tells El Pais that in Wandsworth jail a screw gave him a card which declared:

“I only have two heroes in this world: Martin Luther King and you.”

And one of them is dead.

Wikileaks: Did Julian Assange Write Cables To Help US Invade Yemen?

BEFORE Yemen can be invaded, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange arrived at Beccles police station, Suffolk, as part of his bail conditions. He has taken to wearing a cape. His knickers are still inside his trousers. But there is danger in reading your own press. And it is Assange’s press. He operates as the Guardian’s editor at large, holding up the paper in news conferences as proof of… Well, what? That he is being listened to? That journalists are lazy? If they sign the confidentiality agreement and, maybe, donate cash, then they get the Wikileaks cables.

Will Rape Accuser’s Allegation Of ‘Worst Sex Ever’ Doom Julian Assange?

JULIAN Assange, the Wikileaks founder, is embroiled in a story of an alleged rape. You can read the details here. But what you can read now is that the alleged victims allegedly told a friend that sex with Assange was “the worst sex ever“:

Not only had it been the world’s worst screw, it had also been violent.”

Assange disputes her version of events. He denies any wrongdoing.  The rst of her account goes like this. Again, he disputes her claims:

They are drinking tea at her flat in Stockholm.

Julian Assange: The Americans Want Their Hero Home

WIKILEAKS founder Julian Assange is no longer elusive. He’s talking to the media at Ellingham Hall in Norfolk. Assange, who famously lost his job with the CIA when the rape charges were levelled against him in a plot to get “home” safely, and be honoured for his technical brilliance in “writing the Stuxnet virus now secretly encrypted onto every computer shipped to Islamic lands” (leaker: Iowahawk).

Julian Assange: How We Need Jeremy Kyle

THE problem is that the moment Julian lands in Sweden, Obama’s loyal drones will apply for his extradition to face a 500-year spell in a Texan penitentiary for upsetting Hillary Clinton over her illegal UN spying directives.

So I think we should follow daytime TV Jeremy Kyle’s example and subject Julian to a lie detector test on these rape allegations – perhaps on the show itself, surrounded by hair-gelled oafs and their screaming chav tarts with their hoop earrings.

Julian Assange’s Lover: Improper Emails To A Young Woman

JULIAN Assange is the 33-year-old, self-confessed improper lover courting a 19-year-old girl at University of Melbourne in 2004. He was studying physics and mathematics at that time. Gawker’s Adrian Chen says the emails he sent the woman known only a Elizabeth are “creepy”. It is a “stalkery courtship”.

It is nothing of the sort. If this is supposed to cast a light on Assange’s attitude to women, if only shows him to be courteous and tweedy. Assange writes like a teenager who has just read Fear And Loathing in Las Vegas. In these alleged emails to Elizabeth, he sounds not a lot unlike Uncle Monty in Withnail And I “Flowers are essentially tarts; prostitutes for the bees”; “There is, you’ll agree, a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ oh, so very special about a firm, young carrot. Mmmm, excuse me” – sauced with Marlon Brando in Last Tango In Paris.

Julian Assange’s Bail House Is Vaughan Smith’s Suffolk Pile Ellingham Hall: Photos

Assange is neither stalking nor creepy. He is wooing a younger woman, effecting a world-weariness and the language of the gnostic diletanttant to get him laid. It fails. But you should admire Assange’s perseverance and effort. The man is an Australian trying to pull a bird with no lager or pies. He never stood a chance…

The Manners:

I found your company and kisses very appealing. I want to explore them further. Are you busy Monday night? I enjoyed our moonlit walk and the easy intimacy of our interaction. I had hoped that such an interaction would produce an interesting friendship if nothing more.

Please respond.

Wikileaks Killed 1300 People And Counting

Every Man’s Dream:

It is not so hard to thaw or be drawn.

Our intimacy seems like a memory of a strange dream to me. A dream that probably would not translate to the real world, but this was never my desire. There was something unusual about our interaction. It is almost as if I had scripted it and left my fingerprints in the ink. I’m not concerned with your messy reality. I don’t want to see it and I confess I could not place you in mine. But I still want to see you in isolation. I am unconcerned with the context since time and your silence has made me philosophical; but when I first wrote the heat of your breast pressed against me was still vivid in my mind.

The Olds Don’t Get us:

At what time are your parents happy for the phone to ring? I have many friends overseas and am used to making and receiving calls at any time. Something that “proper” people (in the pejorative sense) find faintly horrifying.

Disappointed:

Your reaction to my phone call lacked dignity and has stung me. You seemed above such trivialities. It saddens me to have misjudged you.

The Old Shagger:

A man feels that whish is soft, warm and yielding in the arms must also be in other circumstances. But like Maugham’s Miriam you are hard above the neck; voice salted and manner typical of your class when not trying to impress. Your response to my entirely well intentioned amusement was the understanding and empathy of the committed solipsist. You pulled a tiny petal off my world when I thought you were to add one but to all around is the meadow, where I shall again dance and skip and sing until some fool girl should brush my wing.

Julian Assange Plays To A Thrilled Crowd: Photos And Off To Ellingham Hall

JULIAN Assange, Mr Wikileaks, is free from prison. He is now in Ellingham Hall on bail. There he is able to entertain friends, journalists, celebrities, grandstanders, chancers, happy couples (it’s a wedding venue), journalists, agent provocateurs and Michael Moore (it’s a matter of time, readers) at his custodian Vaughan Smith’s Georgian pile. Assange was driven off in Smith’s old armoured Land Rover. It was all good stagey stuff.

What Time Magazine’s Person of the Year Says About Corporate Media

ON the 14th of December it was reported that Julian Assange had overwhelmingly won the “people’s choice” person of the year via Time Magazine’s website.  On December 15th, the magazine announced that they have named Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook,  Person of the Year (Zuckerberg was 10th for People’s Choice), writes J. Smith.

Time chose an interesting way to lead the story, a discussion about “privacy”:

“On the afternoon of Nov. 16, 2010, Mark Zuckerberg was leading a meeting in the Aquarium, one of Facebook’s conference rooms, so named because it’s in the middle of a huge work space and has glass walls on three sides so everybody can see in. Conference rooms are a big deal at Facebook because they’re the only places anybody has any privacy at all, even the bare minimum of privacy the Aquarium gets you. Otherwise the space is open plan: no cubicles, no offices, no walls, just a rolling tundra of office furniture. Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook’s COO, who used to be Lawrence Summers’ chief of staff at the Treasury Department, doesn’t have an office. Zuckerberg, Facebook’s CEO and co-founder and presiding visionary, doesn’t have an office.”

Time Values Secrecy Over Openness: Mark Zuckerberg Beats Julian Assange

THE Time person of the year is not Julian Assange. The Wikileaks founder is not the face of big media. Instead the media organ loves  Mark Zuckerberg, head of Facebook, the data harvesting Colossus you feed.

Julian Assange: Vaughan Smith Is No Michael Moore

JULIAN Assange will be spending Christmas at Ellingham Hall, Suffolk, where Frontline Club founder Vaughan Smith lives and shoots.

In “The world’s most wanted house guest – Why I’m sheltering Julian Assange”, Smith tells Independent readers why he is allowing Assange to bed down at his Georgian pile.

The cynic sits up and says, well, it’s all great publicity for the Mr Vaughan and his Frontline Club. Jemima Khan and Michael Moore have inserted themselves into the story. Assange has rich celebrity mates keen to be on the inside. Vaughan is a journalist of independent means sidling up to the rock star.

Julian Assange’s Bail House Is Vaughan Smith’s Suffolk Pile Ellingham Hall: Photos

JULIAN Assange sold out Wikileaks when he became a celebrity and let a bunch of grandstanding, rich posers buy him out of HMP Wandsworth and slide themselves into the story.

To finally stick the knife into the once great site that was Wikileaks, Julian Assange will be spending some time in the Georgian splendour of Ellingham Hall, Bungay, Suffolk, England. It’s the 650-acre the home of journalist and Frontline Club founding member Vaughan Smith.

Is Gary McKinnon The Original Julian Assange?

GARY McKinnon is not Julian Assange. Up the road from Westminster, Assange and his grandstanding celebrity pals was getting mobbed by the media. On Westminster Bridge, Janis Sharp held aloft a card signed by politicians and well wishers for her son, computer hacker Gary McKinnon.

The US military and politicos want him to stand trial for hacking into top secret military computers and, allegedly, messing with files. If he is found guilty for seven charges, he could be sent down for 70 years. Mr McKinnon is 44.

Julian Assange Granted Bail But Loses Wikileaks To Rich Celebrities: Photos

JULIAN Assange, of Wikileaks, has been granted bail. Now that he is famous, the donors putting up £200,00 surety for his bail are other famous people: Bianca Jagger, Jemima Khan, John Pilger and Ken Loach, are likely candidates who all arrived to show their support. The famous like to support their own.

Then Michael  Moore went one better and like a desktop officer from the new war instructed one and all to mass outside Westminster Court. He can’t make it but you can:

“If you’re reading this in London, please go support Julian Assange and WikiLeaks at a demonstration at 1 PM today, Tuesday the 14th, in front of the Westminster court.”

Julian Assange: When Sex By Surprise Is Whatever You Want It To Be

JULIAN Assange is in jail suspected of rape.  Depending on your politics, you will either think Assange’s incarceration has something to do with Wikileaks’s leaking of US cables, or are you on the side of the women who claim he assaulted them? Perhaps you just like a good story?

Fact plays second fiddle to the media narrative. CNN has helped this along by conducting a poll of 2,000 Britons. We now know that 44 percent of us think the tape allegations are just means of getting Assange to the United States. Another 44 percent believe Britain should extradite Assange to Sweden to face questioning.

Will Assange be denied bail? Readers may care to note that Shrien Dewani, another big media thread, has been granted bail for his alleged role in the murder of a Swedish national in south Africa. If bail is not forthcoming, Operation Payback will hit the web. One site thought to be in the line of fire by the Anonymous campaign is HMRC.

Wikileaks And Assange’s Anonymous Army Kill The Old Media New Media Debate: Hackers Are Today’s Intrepid Reporters

DO hackers approve of the action of the meme Anonymous that calls for Julian Assange’s supporters to bring down Mastercard, Visa, Amazon, Paypal and anyone who declines to do business with Wikileaks?

The think irony that a bank and credit card companies would make stand on ethics is not lost on many. But is attacking them damaging to Wikileaks in the long run?

Operation Payback will right wrongs and make the companies think again. Right? Chris “Coldblood” Wood is the group’s human face (albeit blurred when he’s on the telly). But is it a group? And what good does it do attacking companies that surely are free to choose whom they work with?

And what is the good of being a skilled hacker if you are going to make yourself known? Jester, the US patriots, State Department wonks or whoever is the individual or group that brought down the Wikileaks site have made no telly appearances.

Is that more terrifying and worrisome than Chris Coldblood and the 16-year-old nicked in Holland for his involvement in Operation Payback?

Anorak is big fan of 4Chan. At its best it a tool for radicalism and an outlet for talent. This is its call to arms on Wikielaks.

Wikileaks: 16-Year-Old Dutch Boy Brings Down Visa

WIKILEAKS supporters have attacked Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and a Swiss bank. So. Dutch police have arrested a 16-year-old. It’s all disarmingly pathetic. Julian Assange is in jail on an unusual rape charge. And the police are rounding up teenagers in Holland and London.

What’s going on? Youth is not docile and compliant – it is full of vim and guts. Listen to it.

Police clash with protesters in Parliament Square, London, as part of a protest against the rise of university tuition fees.

Here’s what the The Netherlands’ Public Prosecution Service says (Google translation)

Commissioned by the National Prosecutor, the High Tech Crime Team of the National Investigation in The Hague last night a 16-year-old boy arrested, presumably involved in the digital attacks by sympathizers WikiLleaks to include the websites of Mastercard and Paypal…

The cyber attacks quickly led yesterday to identify the suspect. When the boy was seized computers and digital data carriers. The boy is now in police custody and interrogated by detectives from the High Tech Crime Team. He has a confession about attacks on MasterCard and Visa. The boy is probably part of a larger group of hackers, to which the investigation continues. He was arraigned Friday on the judge in Rotterdam.

The actions of the Wikileaks sympathizers are conducted under the name Operation Payback. Wikileaks recently published confidential documents from the U.S. government.

Julian Assange And A Broken Condom ‘Rape’ In Sweden: A Timeline Of Events

JULIAN Assange, founder of Wikileaks, is wanted on suspicion of rape. Is it a set up, a smear? The Swedish word for it is sexfalla, which sort of means honeytrap. Assange slept with two women in August 2010. And then they said he raped them because he failed to wear a condom.

The timeline of events:

August 11: Assange is in Sweden. He is to speak at the behest of the Brotherhood Movement. His address will be on “war and the role of the media”.

He is met by a woman. At university she was the “campus sexual equality officer”. She is a feminist. She has a posting on her website called: “7 steps to legal revenge.” It’s a guide to getting back at an ex-lover.

Assange and the woman agree that he can stay at her Stockholm apartment.

August 12: Assange has drinks at the Beirut cafe in Stokholm.

August 13: The pair have dinner. They go back to her place and have sex. He wears a condom. It breaks.

US State Department Invites Julian Assange To Speak At World Press Freedom Day 2011

IT’S UNESCO World Press Freedom Day in the USA, an events supported by the US State Department. The Day lasts three days – May 1 – May 3. It’s hosted in Washington D.C.. And guest speaker is surely Wikileaks founder Julian Assange. Right? Says the blurb:

The theme is 21st Century Media: New Frontiers, New Barriers.

In light of the US cable leaks, the irony comes thick and fast:

The United States places technology and innovation at the forefront of its diplomatic and development efforts.
