Limerick man pleads guilty is dog buggery death case

TO Limerick city, where Sean McDonnell, 58, of Churchill Meadows, is stood in the dock at Limerick Circuit Court. He is charged with an offence relating to section 61 of the Offences Against The Person Act 1861. In short: buggery with an Alsatian dog.

The incident occurred in Patrickswell on October 7, 2008. That was the same day a 43-year-old woman who suddenly died at the same address. It is believed the mother of four suffered an allergic reaction to the dog’s semen and died.
